I love the ease of this process! It can be done completely online or over the phone up to 7pm. Much better than other places I called. The online application can be a little confusing but I called and was walked through the part I wasn't sure of. I gave it 3 stars because it is not climate control (almost a must in the south to avoid mold etc) and the front gate was totally torn off so security is only the lock on the unit. They do provide a lock also, another plus.

Even though it was last minute and the budget was tight we found just what we needed at the right price , their automated system is efficient and works I would recommend Copper Safe Storage to everyone that need to rent a storage unit easy, simple and fast, oh and also for the low low.Lol. Seriously though stop looking this is it.
The people from this storage unit were so kind to me. I unexpectedly had to move back to Alabama due to a severe and unexpected brain injury in South Caroline. I was out of work for six months and instead of selling all of my things that I had worked so hard for they were very loving and understanding and they worked with me to help me maintain my belongings that I put in their storage unit. These people have a heart for people and are awesome to do business with. If you ever find yourself in a situation like I did, please contact Copper Safe Storage because they truly care about people.
fast, friendly service
I booked a climate controlled unit on Monteagle on the 23rd. On the 24th my movers arrived to the facility. It was not as described by the CS rep. The gate codes did not work. Over the next two hours I spent on the phone with my mover and three different CS agents. It seems when you call the CS customer service line the call is rotated to different reps. The first two I spoke with tried but ultimately were of no help. Finally on the third call the rep finally realized that she could not help me because she couldn't find the unit. The website nor the CS reps had a map of the facility(ies), as it turned out they may have booked me a different location but given me the wrong address. By this point it is after dark my movers are tired and frustrated after wasting 4 hours at the end of a long day of packing, loading, and travel, so I tell them we'll sort it our tomorrow. I ask for a refund and tell the CS I'd really like a resolution. She isn't authorized to give me a refund and purportedly a CS rep, with appropriate knowledge, will call me this morning, in 30 minutes. I wonder if they will brush me off or try to make amends for the added costs caused by their terrible management and communication. I called a bit after 0900 and asked for a supervisor, Brianna said she could assist, after she listened to me, read the account notes, and reportedly conferred, she offered no charge for our first month and gave me a local contact for communications when we arrive. She apologized for the issues. I appreciated her prompt efforts and resolution.
I heard some good things from others that's rented there. I do not have any storage units rented. If I did I definitely give them a try.
