I've been renting for awhile and I don't know why anyone would say the owners are rude or arrogant. Its an older property but you can't beat the rates. They have always been nice to me and if you are being charged a late fee, try paying on time that would solve a lot of problems. How would you like to go to pick up your paycheck and be told oh I can't pay you for two weeks. Its their property and they also have to pay the bills. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
