Another Update I had a questions about a friend getting a unit and I was helped by Amne. She made sure I got my questions answered quickly and made sure she helped me with my friend getting his unit today at a time he wanted it. I really appreciate Amne for all her help. She was well spoken and very nice to speak with. Update I just had to upgrade to a bigger unit which I was delighted to have Ruth help me through the process of switching over. She was very helpful and made sure I understood my the paperwork that I was signing. And she showed that she cared and made sure she listened to my questions and gave me great answers. Ruth did a great job. Thanks So Much Ruth. Jasmin was a breeze. She was amazing at telling me all about my move in and storage unit. She made sure to help me with all my questions and explained it to me. She was very helpful when I had even more questions after everything was done. I'll give her 5 starts I just wanted to thank her so much for her help. And hope she will be there to help me in the future as I have my unit with 33 storage.

I rented a building with 33 storage on 6/12 as I was preparing to move from my current resident and these units are clean, air conditioned, have moving carts available to help with moving your belongings in & out. On Saturday, I was moving in my heavy items and the owner pulled up and asked if we needed assistance and he began to talk with my little brother and I. Very friendly and courteous as I've never experienced help or even communicated with an owner of storage units before.

I have been a customer for several years to this business, and mostly have never had an issue. A ceiling fell through and flooded my unit they gave me ample time to move to another(owner was excellent to talk to and extremely helpful, and willing to help how he could), decided to move to another later on and they pro-rated me for moving to a small one. However now that im leaving my current one, and was pro-rated last time they have decided even though its only 5 days into the month the policy is they will not and im paid until June. Extremely unfortunate this couldn't be a 5 star review. Update: Received a call very quickly, and the facility has great customer service. She explained the process can be confusing on move out vs transferring(where they do pro-rate). Thank you for being quick to answer.

I wanted to keep my old review active only because it was a true experience. But we are very thankful the issue has been fixed! Thank you! (Old review) For the past 3 months our PIN code won’t work. We have to call every time to get let in, while told they will have their team fix the problem. Problem still isn’t fixed. We will be leaving this storage facility soon. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of our time trying to get in, call customer service, explain what door we are at, what code we use, while they keep us on hold trying to “figure out why it isn’t working”. I love everything about this place. The interior rental cost is so much lower than any place around and they are clean! We have 2 medium/big units and it's less than $100 total. I don't mind that no one is on site because customer service (Ivy was fantastic!) is always available to help. My only reason for not giving a 5th star is because I'd like to change my autopay date and they just don't do that. Oh well.. everything else greatly outweighs the one negative. Highly recommend!

I am extremely unhappy with both the customer service and the quality of service. I rented a 10x15 unit online to store a car in, and even put my license plate and vin in when signing up only to find out upon arriving after driving 2 hours that I was given an indoor unit. When I called their customer service the woman was extremely rude to me when I asked why it even allowed you to enter vehicle information online if there was no drive up access for any of the 10x15 units? She berated me saying "you didn't speak to anyone, its a computer, sir" as if I didn't know that. I think it is unacceptable that they put no note anywhere saying which units can and can't store cars/have drive up access. It is a small car and would easily fit in a 10x15 so thats why I chose that size. When I asked about what could be done I was told that I could not break the lease and get a full refund since I had signed the papers and my only option was to upgrade to a 10x20 for $100/mo more if I want to have drive up access and a unit where I can store my car as I intended, and they offered no discount, or anything for my trouble after driving two hours to find out I had been lied to. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Very poor customer service.
