The storage facility is outdated, but adequate and seems climate-controlled. It does offer pull down doors with locks, and security screens above each unit; however, the entry doors to the facility are not particularly secure and are not wide enough for ease of movement with larger items. The customer service I encountered to initially acquire the storage space and set up the account was terrible. The first Cust Svc Rep assigned me a Unit, took my payment and sent me a receipt. However, when we arrived, the Unit was already in use, locked, and was not available. I had to leave the facility and make another call and was given a new unit that the Cust Svc Rep assured me was on the first floor. However, when we got back to the facility to access the second Unit, it was on the 2nd floor through the old office up a switch-back staircase which would be impossible to navigate with large pieces. I had to leave again, and make a THIRD call and was finally assigned an accessible unit. The excuses made were that the Cust Svc Reps work from home and cannot easily access the Copper software to see the latest information or to confirm which units are truly available. I find that completely unacceptable when you had no problem accepting my payment with your software. It should not have taken three separate calls to rent space from your company, and you should give your Customer Service Reps better support and more authority so they can perform their jobs in a satisfactory manner. They are the face of your company.

Tameka walked me through reserving a storage unit and answered all my questions. I thought I had a reservation from a second-party website. I am so glad I CALLED and was able to speak with Tameka. Had I not called, I would not have a storage solution. Tameka was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It would be great if the online reservations work. But take my word and call Tameka!
Business has been purchased by Copper Safe Storage. I was stumbling with online paying, called the office and spoke with Byron. I can not say enough good things, he was THE BEST customer service rep I have ever spoken with. Very kind, very helpful, answered all my questions and set up autopay for me. Byron made sure I was satisfied with the call, asked if I needed further assistance, and sent a follow up email. Thank you Byron for your assistance.
