Great service from Cheryl today! She helped save me money which is a huge plusssss!!! Thanks again!... After I went to the unit it turns out that they have NO CLIMATE CONTROL UNITS! The gate code that they gave me was not even needed because both the front and back gates are opened. They gave me a unit e401, which didn't even exist!!!. I have used this storage before with no problem, but I did notice the new construction.

Edit********I went to check out the unit (I know I should have before purchasing) and the place looks like a dump. The gate locks are ripped out and the gate entrances are wide open. There is no one in the office apparently ever. And the area in itself looks shady. This is my fault bc I thought I was calling a different storage facility. But when I stated that security and the locked gate was important I should have been informed that the gate was broken. I called customer service and was told the gate is “under construction” and they have no idea when anything will be fixed”. The climate control unit itself is very nice and clean and new. The outside looks like no care is taken of it.******We haven’t moved in stuff in yet but I spoke to Aron to set everything up and he was super patient and knowledgeable and nice. He made the whole process very easy and comfortable.

No customer service here! Read the contract or they will fee you to death! The units are so close you have to back in, and the numbers are sun faded and illegible. At move in there was no lock in the unit, so had to pick my stuff back up and move ti another unit. Shame on me I got the move out date one day late into the new month. Trying to close out, they said they needed 3 days notice and pictures of the empty unit ahead of time so had to pay another whole month. Got a late fee while I argued with them. And they sealed the unit or I would have used the second month I had to pay for. What a rip off!
