I called on August 8,2024 and spoke with Kristine Paraino. She did an excellent job concerning the needs I had with my account. She was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable during our transaction. I highly recommend her, and Almands if you’re looking for a safe place to store your belongings. I’ve never had a bad experience with them especially with representatives like Kristine.

Because of COVID, everything is contactless.. including making unit reservations, unit assignment and payment for renting unit... On your website you offered half off unit for so many months... ALRIGHT!! AWESOME!! PERFECT!!.. Except the unit assigned is already in use by another renter! And by this time the "call-center" is closed. Soon as operation hours begin next morning I'm on the phone... After explaining several times that I'm not color blind to greens or reds or lack there of for that matter... We are assigned a different unit... We drive clear across town with 2 vehicles and a towing trailer loaded to capacity... Just to find out that our 2nd assignment is as the 1st already occupied!! Now my husband is on the phone with your "call-center"... And we're finally designated a unit that is currently vacant and awaiting all our junk.. fast-forward almost a month... Email with invoice... Unit rent is almost triple what was originally agreed upon (half off for so many months).. and now everytime we get through to human at your "call-center"... The call mysteriously gets disconnected! With no one on-site to handle such matters... And insurance is mandatory... At the price we're paying the insurance should be INCLUDED in total.. not EXTRA to be ADDED!

Donte kept putting me on hold to "talk to a supervisor" but finally when I asked for the supervisors email, he tried to give me HIS email address! No one on site to help. Rip off!!
