Excellent customer service representative. Management could be more considerate to the customers instead of hogging money. If a customer has been paying for several months faithfully and they get paid the last of each month why lock their storage unit. Customers do not mind paying late fees but to lock them out after the 5th day is crazy and inconsiderate of the customer needs.

I had an Antique Dealer clean out my Dad's storage unit and I told them I was out and they kept sending me bills and told me they were putting a lien on it! Steer clear if you possibly can! Terrible!
