This is the best storage facility that I have ever rented from! From the free lock that they provide (they even cut open those difficult to open plastic packages), to having a restroom on site that is actually unlocked and 24-hour access to the facility! Also, the representatives that you talk to on the phone are extremely polite and accommodating!!! Thanks Angel and Rain! Plan on doing everything online and over the phone though, as it is an unmanned facility, but I am fine with that.

When I spoke to Sam to set up my storage unit, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. I have rented a unit at this facility before and had a very easy experience. This time I am switching to a climate controlled one so we will see how that goes.

Right now I’m satisfied. They gave me the wrong unit and after complaining for three weeks they gave me my money back. Poor customer service

Terrible customer service. There is no one on site so if you need assistance you have to call into what must be a call center outside the country. If you don't have any problems then this place is great but as soon as you require assistance good luck. My lock malfunctioned and I cannot open my unit so I called and they told me they would send someone out in 7-10 days to cut the lock and I would have to provide a new one. Ok, I can wait a few days but at this point in time it has been 3 weeks! In another week I will have to pay rent on a storage unit that I cannot use. I call every few days and it is the same thing, "we don't know what is taking so long but we will let you know as soon as we can get someone there to help you out." I wonder how fast someone would show up to lock me out if I didn't pay my rent? This place is worthless and customer service is a joke. Avoid if you think it is possible you will run into a problem that would require someone onsite to help with. Edit: After 16 business days (26 calendar days) my problem was resolved. I was assured that the customer service I received was unacceptable and not what this company strives for in customer care. I do hope this was a one off issue since I have had no problems with this company before and the location and facility is top notch.

Parking spots for Class A RV’s very tight! Been on a waiting list for 3 years for a different spot! No phone calls! Our vehicle got sideswiped last year ! New management not on site! Not GREAT! Front gate not remote anymore ! Have to get out of RV to operate! Prices going UP Quality going DOWN!

Support staff can’t really do anything and you can’t talk to anyone in person. Awful business practices.
