I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The ownership changed and I wasn’t notified. I tried for months to find out who to contact and who to pay, but received no correspondence and my payment was returned to sender. I received a notification that my rates were going to increase 8 months later. I called multiple times and they wouldn’t help me at all. The account was transferred to me via emails and phone calls, but they wouldn’t acknowledge me or any of the emails even though that’s how they do business, via email. I received an email that they were going to auction my stuff. I tried to pay and get the account yet again and they told me that one of the units had been vacated already. I have an email stating that it wouldn’t happen until a specific date, but they lied about that too. The previous owners really screwed all of their tenants over and are very liable for what has happened to me and I’m sure others too. This has been a scam. All I wanted was my military stuff back and I tried to pay and get control of my account and it never happened. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else and people deserve better.

(Along with the 2 other locations under the name of CHERRY TREE STORAGE. Company "sent emails to the renters re change" now mind you some ppl don't have email addresses. Common sense would be to send out letters to inform ppl. NO WE DON'T DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT!!!! WELL WE GOT OUR ISSUSE RESOLVED after and only AFTER CONTACTING THE OWNER/MANAGER AFTER THE RUN AROUND. TO THOSE THAT HAVE STORAGE UNITS AT CHERRY TREE STORAGE THE CURRENT CONTACT WOULD BE COPPER MOUNTAIN STORAGE. GOOGLE......THERE IS A EMAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE # I DO NOT OR WILL NOT RECOMMEND CHERRY TREE STORAGE UNITS SO THEREFORE NO STARS.
