The process to rent the unit was fairly easy. It was all done over the phone and online. The building was well lit and secure with cameras. The climate control was great, and there is a loading dock at back of building for convince. Anne was very helpful when I needed to cancel the unit. All in all the experience was smooth.

It's a fantastic facility. Well maintained and secure. Unfortunately, my review for this has dropped from 5-stars to in a couple of weeks. Everything being worked remotely is a huge drawback. I hate there is no one to talk to face-to-face, it takes too long to get a question addressed over the phone and that doesn't mean it will be done correctly. I just had an issue - I forwarded and got my insurance approved by them, but I am being told they rescinded my approval (and it's 5 times the coverage they offer) and started charging me. I did not get an email that they denied my insurance after they approved it. I hate wasting my time sitting on the phone and getting information tweaked that I've already sent in and gotten approved. I finally was told my insurance was magically cancelled automatically and the same insurance policy I initally sent more than suffices. Far too much stress for something that could be so easily taken care of if they had a person to talk to in person. There are also strange extra fees - $2/mth for an app I will not use. Overall it is a nice facility, but be warned - it will come with headaches.

**FOLLOW UP REVIEW** FIRST - down below they say they contacted me to tell me of the flooding, that is a lie. I found out by just randomly showing up. No courtesy call was made! I had to request new units myself! SECOND - READ YOUR CONTRACT! The facility makes you purchase their insurance but has no coverages for flood water or mold, mildew or the like. There is an ongoing issue at this facility and they do not have the proper mitigation equipment to neutralize the problem. If you store your things here cover EVERYTHING, even if it’s in boxes. If you currently use them, I highly suggest you check on your belongings. And note that if it is damaged by flooding or mold you will have no recourse from the insurance coverage. Why should you make a claim on your home owners policy and increase your premiums and affect your loss runs for future coverages? You shouldn’t have to. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Getting set up with two new units was very easy, and they did offer a small discount. I liked that they were climate control, which is very hard to I find in the area. We were storing our entire home in two 12x20 units. UNFORTUNATELY… in May of this year the facility flooded and our two units had standing water in them. No one from the company reached out to us as a courtesy to notify of the issue. I had to discover it on my own and reach out to the “call center” to let them know and they moved us to two DRY units further up to the front. At the time we had maybe a handful of home items in the unit because we had not yet unloaded our 50 foot trailer. In addition we tossed anything that was wet or took it with us to dry out properly. Fast forwarded to October, as we are ready to move out and into our new home… MOLD. Everything cloth, fabric, wood, weave baskets covered in green/yellow hair like mold. The white mold on items was dusty and just spread everywhere as we were moving items. Once home we started opening boxes…. More mold growing on things that were inside boxes and wrapped up. Linens, clothing, bedding, dishes, etc had to be washed and Investigated before being used. Sadly, countless items had to be destroyed and thrown away. While moving out of the units, another couple a few doors down was moving out and they showed us the mold growing on their items as well. Not an isolated situation!! I have filed a claim and hope to hear from the owner, but I will say I am absolutely heartbroken and aggravated that the facility failed to abate the flood waters and the mold issues effectively. I hope that the claim process is easy and I am compensated appropriately. Will follow up my review with the outcome.
