We just had a great experience with Patricia at Valley Best Storage! We were flooded 03/27/25. Everything has been going downhill since. We just set up a rental unit without having to leave the house. Very professional, Patricia walked us through the document signing and explained everything thoroughly from the comfort of our home. She also offered us a nice promotion to save a little bit of money, and that is the best thing that has happened since this whole disaster started! I used to rent here when it first opened up and my friend needed a storage immediately so I called up and they had availability. They stayed open just for us and we're very friendly. Great service when I rented there and now (with new owners). Their prices are great and place is always clean. They do their regular maintenance in spraying for insects and rodents.

We moved to the Valley from Austin, Tx, rented a 10x20 unit from VBS, and all I can say is wow we really hit a home run there. This business is very friendly, honest and customer centered. After nine months in the valley we believed there was something wrong with the character of this part of Texas. Valley Best changed our perception of all of that with their attention to detail and honest business dealings. I don't know if they are BBB approved but this is an actual A++ company in my book. Highly recommended and would love to use them again if I had a need of their services.

Update: So, the saga continues with VBS and their remote servicing. I notified them on April 21, 2025, that I moved my vehicle out of their facility and would no longer be a customer. Thought everything was good until today May 5, 2025, I receive a phone call, wanting payment. I was asked if I had taken pictures of the unit and sent in so they could see the condition of the unit, really a covered parking spot, I told them they have cameras and can inspect the parking spot themselves. They want to charge outrageous prices plus want their customers to do all of the work. All I can say is this storage facility has turned into the worse place to do business with. I have been a customer of Valley Best Storage for approximately 18 years now. Unfortunately the new management is making things extremely difficult to keep the lot I have had. I will be looking for a new place that has the personal touch Steve and Alex had. I am extremely disappointed with the new management and remote system.

Worst service ever and he calls himself the owner ? yeah he is a sneaky one he talks to you all nice and all he wants is your deposit because he will give all the excuses to not give it back to you. Definitely will not recommend this place, he might have some good reviews but they might be all his friends and family. Rule of thumb Steve don't ever ASSUME anything!!!
