I called to inquire why I had not seen a payment posted from my account on my two storage units. I was never notified the original owner had sold the facility. No one can tell me if my belongings are still there in storage. They say it has “Vacant” on my units 174 & 175. I want to know if my things are still there or not!! I moved out of state and unable to drive over there in person. I’m highly upset as I had my youngest son’s possessions in there and he is deceased!! Someone needs to tell me what has happened to my property!!!

This place was formerly spur 364 storage ...for almost two months I have tried to get access to my storage unit so I could get my stuff off this fraudulent companies property.. 3 weeks ago I sent a 200$ payment that STILL hasn't been posted to my account. I've called six times today, and each time I'm put on hold for 3 or 4 minutes then hung up on. Each time I call in I'm met with excuses each time..Lacy refuses to call me back , yet when I first talked to her she said to call and ask for her specifically. Saddest part is all units had an illegal overlock put in place without prior indications from anyone at this company to let the tenants know. This was all done BEFORE they sent a letter saying the previous owner had sold it to them. And had assumed control. They refuse to help after weeks of constant calls to get MY STUFF off the property. It doesn't take 3 weeks to post a payment...

1. Poor pest control 2. Poor customer service 3. Very difficult to get in contact with. This place has really gone downhill since it sold. We rented a storage unit, rats or mice got into our stuff, we moved out, they sent us the email saying we were moved out, but evidently forgot to take us out of the automated payment system. Extremely difficult to talk to someone to rectify the problem (3 calls, an email, 4 more calls, multiple 'holds' that turned into dropped call, etc), and difficult to work with once we did get in contact with them. Still haven't gotten it sorted out. I do not recommend.
