Got a 10×20 unit here for $175/month while not even a year ago I got one of the same size in Lacey for $225 AND they raised the rent after I was IN clear up to $299 in one hike! Meanwhile, after I'd already rented in this place, paid and closed the deal, having a "next due date," these people contacted me saying that my "next due date" was actually going to be a month LATER than already understood because "the first month is only a dollar," they said, when they already didn't have to do that and knew it.

The best and secure place I have ever stored my property...I wouldn't have left but I needed more space and a work shop with power and the ability to work from my shop. I would continue to keep the unit but I now rent a shop that is not just storage. We would have liked to stay but their pricing was non-negotiable. We had a cylinder lock but they made us buy another. When we turned it in upon leaving, they did reimburse us.

If you dare close the door to your storage unit you will be yelled at and told not to do it, I close the door because no one needs to know what I have, there's people who will steal everything from you and I'm not going to put my property on display for them. I pay to store my stuff in a unit and I have a right to privacy. I am looking for a different place.
