I contacted Dave with Blue Barn storage to rent a unit May 2017. They were building the units on hwy 14 when we rented. I had just retired and was leaving with our RV and we’re not sure when we would be back. We loaded the unit he said he would put the door on gave us a key and said he would slide the other under the door when finished. Well today May 12, 2021 we showed up with a trailer to retrieve our belongings unannounced. We called Dave and told him we coming to his surprise, but he was very willing to waive the 30 day notice and very thankful for our long term patronage. Super trustworthy people and very customer oriented. PS he also had to cut the lock off I brought the wrong key, at no charge. Thanks Dave. Robert Roessel
