DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE!Customer service is horrible! Attempting to change lease from me to my friend has been a complete nightmare. In addition to hours on the phone, we’re being double charged for the space. Even though we specified the exact day for the lease to change hands, this was done the day the call was made, weeks prior to our requested date. Until we got customer service on the phone, neither of us had the code or was able to gain access to the storage unit THAT WE HAVE BOTH PAID FOR.

If I have to buy these motorcycle parts because I can't get into it someone is going to reimburse me for the money I spend. They want their rent but we as a customer can't get into the units. Soon as I do I will be taking my things to another unit.

This is ridiculous ever since they got bought out I've had nothing but problems. Every time I go to the unit I can't get in and they keep giving me a run around as to they put in a work order for it and then they say it's fixed and for nearly 2 months I've been trying to get into the unit and now they say it will be the 30th of this month. I ha e to get into it because I'm not going to keep buying what I need because I can't get into the unit. If I have to buy these motorcycle parts because I can't get into it someone is going to reimburse me for the money I spend. They want their rent but we as a customer can't get into the units. Soon as I do I will be taking my things to another unit.

The new management is completely idiotic and extra. Before it would take a few minutes to make my payment now it takes 10 minutes on the phone with some Foreigner that can't speak proper English I cannot wait to get my stuff out of this unit and never come back. I highly recommend not choosing Siler City Self Storage.
