The most unfortunate experience dealing with muddy man storage call center this morning. The inability to understand the call center representative followed by my request for a supervisor was met with hanging up on me. Simple problem. My key broke inside of my lock and now muddy Man storage is telling me that I will have to wait 10 business days before someone can cut the lock. Unfortunately, the general public will have access to my storage and I was told by the representative at the call center that I was responsible for all damages during the time between now and a representative cutting the lock. The absolute worst customer service experience I have undergone in quite some time. Not to mention I have had a storage unit here for numerous years, paid on time faithfully every month and this is the first time I've ever had a request. Utterly and thoroughly disappointed. You could have been helpful but you've been so much more...
