My brother and I have bother rented a unit here. Its quiet convenient and clean. Great security and you get great space for the price! The office is friendly and great to work with. Both times we were looking to rent was pretty last minute and they worked to get us in right away. It was a little hard to get ahold of them but it is 100% worth it!!!!! Highly recommend.

I have occupied a unit here for 4 years, it is quiet, secure and pretty clean. The units are fairly new it seems and of normal sizes. The advantage for me was the proximity to the airport and the ability to access at all hours. I moved out of town and therefore had no further use for the unit.

My organization has two units at Intermountain Commercial Storage. We were outgrowing one, and needed another ASAP. They did their best getting us one close to the other one. The facility itself is VERY secure, with a code and a gate that seems impermeable to anyone without the key and the right touch :) Clean, nice folks, and easy to access.

Worst experience. First off when I rented my unit the guy who helped me was extremely rude and un professional. He would not honor the internet special price that was listed in the KSL add. He said there were only 3 units left so he would no longer ret for the advertised price of $125 so I agreed to $150 per month as I needed a unit fast. After a few months my gate code would no longer work. There has never been staff in the office anytime I have been here and they do not answer their after hours phone number so after multiple visits and calls they finally called with a new gate code, which worked for a bit, but then a month later I couldn’t access the gate and again no one is in the office and phone calls are not answered. I have never been even a day late with my payments, so I feel I’ve held my end of the bargain. Some decent customer service from this place is greatly needed!!

My brother and I have bother rented a unit here. Its quiet convenient and clean. Great security and you get great space for the price! The office is friendly and great to work with. Worst experience. First off when I rented my unit the guy who helped me was extremely rude and un professional. He would not honor the internet special price that was listed in the KSL add.
