Additionally, when I terminated my rental of the unit I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laiza. She was every bit as professional and considerate as Patricia. The 1st month that I rented here I could not get in because the front keypad was broken and because when I called they needed my mother's name because I had her go get the storage for me as I was busy packing to move. They have made it almost impossible to change the account holder's name to my own and the last 3 times I have went there I was unable to access my storage because MyGate code does not work anymore. They might seem like a great place because they offer such a great starting price but their customer service is garbage.

When I arrived, I had several questions about the different storage unit options and pricing. However, Sharon completely ignored my inquiries and was more interested in playing on her phone. She seemed utterly disinterested and unwilling to provide any assistance. Her bad attitude was agitating, she was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a nuisance for simply seeking information. To make matters worse, Shannon's hygiene was very poor. It was clear that she didn't take care of herself, which only added to the unpleasantness of the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Then she demands my first and last name to give me a price quote. So I’ve opted to rent elsewhere. Very unfortunate that a new business in Nevada County is run this poorly. EDIT: The business owner, Alex, tracked down my cell phone number and called and texted me to ask that I alter my review. I asked him to not contact me again and he did anyway. I had to advise that I will contact the police if the harassment persists. Terrifying!
