I've been renting here for two years and it's been great. Then a new guy bought it and put a fence up and locked everyone out if it's after 5 or on weekends. I'll be moving, the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because Yvonne (the manager) is a good person. I chose this place because it was easy to get in and out, not the case anymore. Not to mention rates went up, the late fee quadrupled and he did away with auto pay to cash in on that late fee. What a cheap trick. I'm sure the fence is to make sure people that don't pay the fee lose their stuff. Used to be a good easy storage locker. The new owner sucks, stay away

The absolute WORST company I have rented from. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I'm on the phone with them 30-45 minutes at a time practically every time I go to my unit anymore. Calls are CONSTANTLY disconnecting when you do call them. You are CONSTANTLY having to repeat yourself to them. HORRIBLE matence of the property. They also replaced my lock on my unit without any warning or notification whatsoever. I will be changing units this fall when I have time to switch. I'd move earlier but I just don't have time. Park river storage, don't bother to even call. There is NOTHING you can do to make this right. You have lost a customer at your SHODDY RUN DOWN PROPERTY!

Awful company, awful customer service. I wasn't even able to get past the front gate because their 4 digit code and app was not working. After 4 days, still could not get in and so I had to cancel to move to a new storage unit company and they still charged me. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company because they would not refund my money...even thought I couldn't pass the front gate. Customer service was completely awful.
