While I was initially dissatisfied with my experience accessing my unit, I was later compelled to remove a previous review so that I may now give this establishment the 5 star rating it has earned. My earlier review of one star was responded to by phone almost immediately. Ryan Raymundo listened to my concerns and the problem was corrected the same day. I can't say that I was anything less than pleased with the service I received. Thank you Ray for your diligence and professionalism. Patricia helped/assisted with the rental process and she was a pleasure to work with. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat and will refer friends and family. Additionally, when I terminated my rental of the unit I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laiza. She was every bit as professional and considerate as Patricia. Both are 5 star employees who apparently take pride in their job.

Digitally signed everything. Got my codes. Simple! Pulled up to unit. The grounds and unit was immaculate! I opened up my unit and a brand new lock was waiting for me with a fresh bottle of water. The 1st month that I rented here I could not get in because the front keypad was broken and because when I called they needed my mother's name because I had her go get the storage for me as I was busy packing to move. They have made it almost impossible to change the account holder's name to my own and the last 3 times I have went there I was unable to access my storage because MyGate code does not work anymore. They might seem like a great place because they offer such a great starting price but their customer service is garbage.

When I arrived, I had several questions about the different storage unit options and pricing. However, Sharon completely ignored my inquiries and was more interested in playing on her phone. She seemed utterly disinterested and unwilling to provide any assistance. Her bad attitude was agitating, she was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a nuisance for simply seeking information. To make matters worse, Shannon's hygiene was very poor. It was clear that she didn't take care of herself, which only added to the unpleasantness of the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected a certain degree of professionalism and courtesy, but Sharon’s behavior was far from it. decided to take my business elsewhere. Then she demands my first and last name to give me a price quote. So I’ve opted to rent elsewhere. Very unfortunate that a new business in Nevada County is run this poorly. EDIT: The business owner, Alex, tracked down my cell phone number and called and texted me to ask that I alter my review. I asked him to not contact me again and he did anyway. I had to advise that I will contact the police if the harassment persists. Terrifying!
