I recently shared a negative review because I was going through an issue that seemingly was not getting resolved. I was still making payments for a unit I could not access. I kept calling customer service and was getting nowhere until I was finally reached out to by Tony, a manager who actually understood my frustration and did everything in her power to alleviate the situation. I know there’s no magic wand to fix every problem but I’m impressed with how they are deciding to handle my individual situation. Tony was very nice, and understanding, and definitely made me feel like they are going to do everything they can to fix the problem as fast as they can. I still do like this location , I’ve actually had both an inside and outside unit in the past and they’re very nice so I’m glad they did everything they can to not lose me as a customer. Will hopefully be staying after they fix the door, either in the same unit or another.

If I could give it a minus 1 star I would. They gave me a gate code that didn’t work at all. I called their customer service they gave me 2 more codes that didn’t work at all then they had the audacity to tell me they were putting in a ticket for the gate meanwhile I was sitting at the entrance with a U-Haul ready to store my items. I had to call back again to speak with supervisor and took their sweet time responding. They had ZERO sense of urgency. At least I’m getting my money back but I will never again do business here.

very disgusted with how I’ve been treated. I’ve been locked out of my unit for almost a MONTH because the door is broken. They’ve done virtually nothing so far and my door is still broken. Haven’t offered a refund or discount for the month and give me the run around. They took 2 and a half weeks to send a maintenance guy out to look just for us to be told “I only work on the lock for the door, not the door itself” after he canceled on us once, took extra long because he said he was sick, had a nasty attitude because he waited 30 minutes without telling us he was here, and left. The site coordinator sent him a message saying to spray it with we-40 like that would magically fix a broken door. I can’t even count how many times I’ve called, all they do is create a new ticket that gets ignored. I would move out but I can’t because I CANT GET INTO MY UNIT. I’m very upset about this and they’re doing nothing to make it right. 0/10. Such a shame because they were nice when I moved in but after that’s it’s like pulling teeth getting something done. They have 0 on site maintenance so keep that in mind.

NOT A SECURED SITE DESPITE WHAT THEY TRY AND TELL YOU! I also see nothing has changed from the true negative reviews listed below. I wouldn’t trust a single 5 star review about this place for anything! I was a tenant there for almost 2 years trust me! I’m glad I’m finally out of there! Customer service is horrible. Half of the time you can’t get in touch with anyone and when you do, it’s a hassle to get anything accomplished. Suppose to be gated and secured. I was there for almost 2 years and it has been gated for approximately 3 months in the beginning. They have went up on monthly payment 3 different times all while not providing the service that you pay for. I guess they needed to increase the monthly rate to pay for all their construction! Locking mechanism would not close correctly and I had to fix myself because they would not come out and fix it! Save yourself the headache and rent from somewhere else. If you have a problem it will more than likely not be resolved! Also, don’t bother trying to ask to speak to a manager, apparently they don’t exist! Update (3/13/2024): I called this company back and they offered me a discounted rate if I ever chose to use their storage facility again. Seriously? Why would I. After I told them I already have moved out and that would not help me at all. They said thank you for your feedback and we will do our best to improve in the future but could you please revise your review on google for the owners. I said absolutely not! Everything in the above review is 100 % accurate and they know it. I asked them to compensate me for the money I paid for 2 years, without receiving any secured or gated lot and they gave me an email to administration. If they were able to do that, I would revise my email and Explain how they made it right. They told me they most certainly could handle that and to email their administration team. After emailing them, they told me they would forward it to another form of administration. It’s just round and round and round with this joke of a facility! I strongly advise against using Moultrie rd Self Storage ever!!!!!!!! Despite my bill always being paid on time, they replaced my lock with their own, causing a two-week ordeal to obtain access to my storage locker. Shockingly, upon finally gaining entry, I discovered that my unit had been completely emptied. Every item of value has been stolen, they would have requiring a truck and trailer to clear out. Despite my persistent efforts over the two weeks, Moultrie Rd Self Storage remained unresponsive to phone calls and emails. My experience with Multi Self Storage has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of communication, security exorbitant fees, and unhelpful approach make them an unreliable and unsuitable choice for storage needs. I strongly recommend never ever use Moultrie rd Self Storage, front gate are always broken and open security lights don’t work.

My boyfriend has been renting for several months storing some of our home goods. Recently one of our units was broken into and robbed. They say there are cameras but there aren't. They can't even keep up with paperwork. They keep telling us different fees each month and want to charge different prices for the same size unit. Who charges $5.99 to pay over the phone when it's a computer?! Update: We are 7 months after- every time we drive by the gate is wide open. So... still NOT secure. We moved everything out of their units and notified them. We also notified them MULTIPLE times they kept trting to charge us two different prices for two units of the SAME size. They also has the unit number wrong. We provided the original paperwork to show them. Once we cleaned everything out they still kept trying to charge us. Now it's on his credit report. This company just wants your money and is a scam!

I put a small lock on my unit and it was broken into, so I replaced it with a circular master lock. Someone drilled through this lock trying to break in back in August, but they just ended up making the lock inoperable. I called the storage unit to ask for help getting the busted lock off and they promised me a maintenance man would come out in one or two weeks to remove it. A month later I called back and they apologized, said a manager would call me back, and they would send a maintenance man back out. Over a month later with no calls/maintenance man, I call and they hang up on me. I could never recommend this place to anyone who cares about what they put in storage, because they may not get it back.
