This place is the most secure storage facility near Oxford (there are cameras!) It's hard to find available storage in this area since it's a college town where students are often moving in and out. Thankfully, we were able to find this one and it's so close to Oxford. Prices are great as well.

Hands down the worst storage facility I’ve ever had! I have rented unit in four different states across a 25 year span including Memphis And this is the most poorly managed, right and roach infested unit I’ve ever seen in my life!! I reported the issue to the manager, a.k.a. his mother one month after I rented my unit whenever I saw rat cc, and roach cocoon where they had hat out of their shells. I was told that they do not provide any sort of extermination for the unit and if I want to do something about it, then I need to go over there and take care of it myself. Not exactly a professional way to handle a business aside from the fact.it’s just a free-for-all with all of the local vermin. Rats have chewed holes in boxes and eaten cough medicine as well as urinating and defecating all over everything I had stored in the unit. Not to mention, I was late one month paying my rent and they charged me $45 in late fees on a $85 unit attempting to double up and make me lose my items so I would be forced to let them sell everything. Once all of my items were removed from the unit, I called to request my deposit and a refund for the following month and I got a call back two days later from an older lady with a really bad attitude who was highly irritated about processing a refund. She was rude, harsh and aggressive the entire three minute conversation and even argumentative regarding which card it was going to go on. I’ve never dealt with such hateful people and all of my life. I get a storage unit every summer and I will never go back to this place again. They also own a green door right up the road so I highly suggest you going anywhere other than Highway six and Sardis for your storage needs.
