They do not have a truck. And the advertised first month free was not honored ;(. I checked back today and it says 50% off first month but I was told there is no valid discounts. So check to make sure before you go off of the website if using a discount.

The only pro was the reasonable price. Never had trouble paying or accessing the unit. Now for the ugly… My things have been in the unit for a total of 2 months and they became INFESTED with all different kinds of creatures. As I got there, there was a rat trap outside of my door. I was mindful to not store anything edible in the unit. As I opened the door, it looked like D-Day for bugs. The birds and spiders were fighting the tyranny of the stink bugs and roaches. Thankfully the mice were wiped out (I hope) but Every Single Thing Was covered in stinkbugs and mystery eggs. I can’t salvage the mattress or any of the other furniture so this unit was just a dumpster. Will only use indoor units from now on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
