I think this place is great. Easy access and clean. The manager is great. He is so helpful and goes out of his way to get you into your spot. I do have a problem with the answering service that lies and tell you the place is only open 2 days a week to go in and sign up. They got pissy when I told them we would go into the store when they were open and hung up on me. The store is actually open 5 days a week for your convenience.

Very clean facility and the process online was convenient. No need to talk to anyone in office. Payments made online.

I was greeted by Vault Customer Service Representative, Nick; who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help and answer my questions/concerns in a polite and expedient manner. The Bellport location is always clean and very well run. The facility manager Yves Honore is always professional and helpful. Mr. Honore goes above and beyond to help out a customer. Yves Honore is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions concerning renting storage at the Bellport facility. This storage facility is super clean & super safe!! What a pleasure! Always accessible to customers with round the clock 24 hour secured access which makes it so convenient. I can go at any time day or night if necessary and i can still feel safe which is a major priority for me. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and extremely polite. I was so afraid to use a storage facility and was expecting a cold dark old rusty unit. So happy I found this place - extremely polite and helpful customer service. Very new and clean temperature controlled facility with safe lot and parking. Very well lit especially at night. Easy to access with loading dock as well and door entry. Available hand trucks and large elevators. Made my move seamless.

The Self Storage Vault Staff are super friendly and helpful. Compared to other local storage unit options, this was the most affordable and the best bc its climate control indoor environment keeps our belongings in storage safe! We love how clean the facility is and that we have 24/7 access to our stuff in storage. Our garage is finally cleaned out thanks to the staff here who helped us get moved in!

I checked out several storage facilities before choosing The Storage Vault and I am very satisfied with my decision- it has been a positive experience since the day I moved in 4 months and continues to be since that day. The facility is spotlessly clean and even more importantly to me, the staff has been extremely helpful and professional. Yves gave me a tour of the facility, answered my questions and Informed me the company’s truck is available free of charge on move in day. The hours of operation work well with my schedule. I have recommended the facility to two friends both of whom now have units at The Vault .

The price keeps on increasing $2-4 dollars like every 3-4 mobths. It is getting too expensive. But as a those long time on time paying individuals for their lockers.. New lockers are cheaper for new people. Not fair at all. Might have to pull my stuff out and find another place to store my valuables.

I would give no stars I possible. I’ll start with I first had an outside unit in which I had water and mold damage along with mice droppings and eating through my boxes. I moved to an inside unit on the 3rd floor and was there for years with the rent steadily increasing. I finally moved out on February 28,2025. I called the customer service line and gave my 10 days notice in which I was told I had until 2/28 at 5pm. I cleared my unit out by 2/28 at 11am. While moving out I asked if Ives could unlock the gate to the dumpster so I can throw some stuff out. I was told it was for the office only. I did get upset and tell him about himself. So today 3/1 my bank account was charged $273 for the month of march. I tried calling customer service but no answer. I text Ives and was told he charged me because I didn’t give 10 days notice, in which I called and did give notice. He was fine the whole morning til I said something about how he runs the place (people sleep in units with children. There is a strong odor of weed when walking through the halls inside the building) even told me he going to miss me as a customer. Obviously I hit a nerve where he feels he can just take my money. I was never on automatic payments but my card was on file. Very sketchy how all of a sudden he did an automated payment the day after I moved out. I disputed with my bank and was advised to take legal matters.

Would give 0 stars. After being here for many years, despite that they kept doubling rent, I’ve now had mouse problems twice. When I confronted management the first time they said they’re having hard time with other people storing food????? And thy can’t keep them out of the other units. They swept the mouse poo out of my storage unit. The second time I went back mice ate through 1000s of dollars worth of Christmas decorations, many antique or vintage and very meaningful. Decades old. They did NOTHING and I told them I’d move out of my storage unit within a week and they instead locked me out of the facility so I could not retrieve my remaining belongings. This place is disgusting and you’re better off anywhere else

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could
