If you are in need of a storage unit, do yourself a favor and call Greg at Leville Pike Storage. My family and I had to move out of our home due to damages caused by the recent tornadoes that hit the area. Greg was a a lone bright spot during a trying time. This is by far one of the better genuine customer service experience I have had in general. I could go on and on about the positive experience, I am not one to write reviews but it's hard not to leave a review when the customer experience was extraordinary.

Hopefully someone sees this. I've had a unit at Leeville Pike Self Storage for 9 months. During the process of moving I haven't been able to get to my storage unit in a couple months. I've been paying for my rental every month, never been late, and never heard about any issues with my unit. I finally got out to my unit and the lock has been changed, I haven't been contacted by Greg, the owner. I've tried calling the business number several times, I've sent emails, I can not access my belongings. Will update when there is an update Update: Leeville Pike Self Storage is under new ownership they were extremely helpful in getting my situation fixed

Love the clean units & location. Just moved stuff in last week but can't get in touch with anyone to pay my bill. My daughter originally got it for me until I got moved here. She pd first month to reserve it but now that its due they auto drafted her account on due date. Ive left msgs & no callback yet to get this in my name. Reviews say customer service is good so we'll see how it goes. I may change my rating. FOLLOW UP...Greg did get in touch with me and my billing account was resolved. No problems. Greg is a super nice guy and I'm still using the units. I forgot to mention that he didn't have the size I needed available at the time I rented but instead let me have 2 slightly smaller units for the same price as the large one, so I actually have more space. Thanks, Greg!

We rented here for 5 months. After 3 months we went back to put something else in storage and realized our lock had been cut and the door was open about a foot. Nothing appeared stolen until we unpacked and found several items missing. Greg, the owner, was apologetic but said he would not replace the stolen items. The biggest being a gas leaf blower. He comped the rest of the month since we moved out on the 23rd and gave us $50 back (which is usually what happens when you don't use something for the entire month). Nice gesture but it doesn't replace our stolen items. Renters insurance may have helped us but it being a gated and video monitored storage facility you would hope that your stuff would be a little more secure and the owner would be a little more willing to help you....probably a good guy but I would not recommend business with him to anyone

New update: after I thought business was finished with LPSS, three months later I was charged $362 out of nowhere. I no longer had a unit (as proven by the previous review update) and they took that money. I called and they said they could do a refund and they would call me back after confirming the property was vacated. After getting no call, I called back, they said they wouldn't issue a refund, they would speak to owners, and call me back the next day. Another week goes by, I desperately need this $362, I call back, and the office is on holiday. Since leaving these reviews has been the only successful way to have someone from LPSS contact me, I am here again. I hate spending my time on this, but here we are. New update: the manager hung up on me. This is how they treat loyal customers. Planning to sue LPSS. Review 1: Hopefully someone sees this. I've had a unit at Leeville Pike Self Storage for 9 months.
