Nick is seriously what sets this place apart from the others. He is very good at his job. He has always been thorough and consistent with follow through. We have utilized the Budget rental aspect of this location and now we are tenants at the Storage facility. Great employees are impossible to find these days and we have now had 5 large interactions with him all resulting in his ability to follow through with promises and gone above and beyond expectations. Had a recent overbooking situation that was honestly out of his control and he went Way above and beyond to keep his word. He is always so helpful. Don’t mistake his fast pace energy with being dismissive, this guy actually listens to his customers and finds solutions. Thank you for being a reliable business and hiring great employees. When I first rented my budget truck there was about 10 people in the office and both guys handled everything smoothly then my work schedule conflicted with me getting there in time to handle putting a lock on my storage and the manager looked out for me and out one in for the hours inconvenience. This place is run remotely through a call center in the Philippines. Every time you call you are talking to a different person. There is no human on-site, and worst of all no dumpsters. What kind of storage facility had no place to dispose of your trash? They also give you a quote, and then they add on an additional monthly fee for their in-house insurance, unless you email them a copy of your personal renter's insurance. I am currently on hold talking to a representative. They are playing relaxing music while he pulls up my account. It is like talking to a credit card company. Worst of all they have the audacity to ask you to leave a google review mentioning the great service you had over the phone with the representative and mention them specifically by name. Now he's back on the phone asking me my birthday and my drivers license number and the expiration date. I don't know if all storage units are handled like this now but this is awful. Who owns this place? Elon Musk?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STORAGE ! DO NOT RENT !!!! I had my locker there for a month, to hold clothes and furniture, but MICE have completely ruined everything I own. I've been working on cleaning it out all by myself, because the office refuses to help. The whole time I've been communicating with the staff and they have shown no sympathy. They were also suppose to sign me up for an insurance program, which they did not do. None of my belongings ruined will be covered. Find yourself a better place to hold your stuff, because now everything I owned is now ruined.
