She assisted with getting the information needed for my rental unit that I changed and the difference of charges that took effect with patience beyond anyone I have ever dealt with before. My age of 72 makes that a lot of encounters to have dealt with. I can not appreciate Ruth enough for her character over the phone. Angela helped me on the phone this afternoon. THANK YOU FOR HER SERVICE I called to give my bank card numbers change due to being compromised. During the call, Angela was very helpful in explaining what I needed to use to be able to enter the building once again. Thank you again for Angela's care in helping me with getting my card updated.
