I wish I knew of this place a couple of years ago for it protected my things and I thank Debra for working with me as I was put in a bad situation and needed to use there storage. I wish I could have brought this storage facility with me to my new area of stay for my things got damaged at the place where I brought my things costing me time and money and the insurance want be worth what I lost.The picture you see is what I opened my door to at the new storage facility I'm so glad I didn't store a majority of my things in boxes for the ones that were on the floor got soaked and wet and some of my trophies were broken which were sentimental ,and clothes were damp.

Have 2 units here. Managers are great. The place is immaculate.

This is the cleanest and nicest storage space that I have ever encountered. It is Safe, has great Lighting and the temperature is perfect inside, no matter what the weather or temperature is outside. The entire Facility is so very clean, whether you are working in your own unit, walking through the area, or if you are in the office area. I have witnessed them cleaning and sweeping almost every time I am there. It is spotless! They offer many services in addition to offering any size storage unit that you could possibly need. You can purchase shipping supplies, you can ship your items straight from their location via FedEx, USPS, and DSL. They even offer beautiful gift wrapping for that special gift that you may want to ship. Who else does that?? Also very helpful is the 4 different sizes and types of hand-trucks / rolling flatbeds that they keep at the roll-up door for their customers to use when loading and unloading items from their car or unit. That's right, they have them available at no cost to you, so no more having to haul your hand-trucks to your unit. Last but certainly not least is the friendly, professional, helpful, and honest owner and staff. Deborah, Caroline & Taylor are all "Top Notch!" You couldn't ask for better customer service. They make it a point to introduce themselves to new customers and always offer their assistance if needed. Safe Secure Space on John Dodd Road in Spartanburg is the BEST, HANDS DOWN! Safe Secure Space INC. is the nicest, cleanest, and of course safest storage facility around! The staff is awesome and very helpful in making sure that I am well taken care of, but thats just the beginning! They don't just have a storage facility! They also are a Fedex authorized shipping center as well as have all the shipping supplies that you will need to ship any size box you can think of! To go along with the Fedex shipping center they also have a wonderful Gift Wrapping area, with only the best quality materials to make delivering a gift to someone a breeze! Once again Safe Secure Space INC. You all did a great job and thank you!

Not secure. Not climate controlled. And the advertised rent rate is a bait & switch. The front gate to this place doesn’t even lock. The temperature inside is 83 degrees. Oh, and every 30 days they will increase your rent. I’ve only been here for 2 months and it’s already increased $70+ from the original price. And customer service is nonexistent.

If I could do -5 Stars I know. Be careful with this company you asked for 10x10 they try to put you in two 5x5s and charge you double for the insurance and take get money from you. Also be careful with them on codes to get into the gate because you may not get the right one the first time. They do not care about customer service or small businesses wasting money on their ignorance and lack of knowledge or lack of getting the right information to the renter of storage. There is supposed to be someone in the office but have yet to see one on the hours listed for someone to be there. The only time you can talk to somebody is by calling the main number that isn't even in the state that you are renting from. You also can't get the basic question answered on where are the entrance doors to this location is. This is also a secured climate controlled storage unit but secured I have questions about still that cannot be answered and I'll let you know in about a week on the climate controlled part. I have it for 3 months and then getting out. If I had known some of the things I know now, I would have tried another place. Do yourself a favor GO somewhere else!!

The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star is because it's super clean. My complaint is there is never a human on site at the facility NOR to answer phone calls. I drove from FL to SC to clear out my unit and called for the entire 10 hour drive to say I was closing it down. No one ever answered the phone. On my drive back to FL I finally reached an agent and he disconnected me. Wasn't able to reach anyone again that day. They charged my credit card for the month. When I called to again say I had moved out the agent had me on hold for 20 minutes and said he had to get a manager to issue a credit. He disconnected me and never called me back. Finally today my call was answered by an agent and she was able to close my account BUT only gave me a half month credit!! It has taken me 3 weeks to get this closed and to actually speak to someone and then to only get half my money back isn't right. Unless you're planning on keeping your things there for eternity and don't care about needing help from them great. rent...otherwise go elsewhere
