This is the best storage unit I have used. Climate controlled, good security, very clean, and overall a good experience. Over the years have used a number of storage units, and have had one broken into, but the security cameras and gate are functional and acting as a deterent here, and I feel it is much better protected than other locations

Great new building. Wish there was someone on site. On the phone most people were helpful and nice during my 4 months. Getting a unit and paying the monthly was easy but be careful when trying to move out. That process was not as easy. I Had to pay for an extra month bc I didn’t send the empty unit pics 3 days before?? ( I thought since I paid for the month I had until the end of the month to move out.) My new month happened to fall on a Monday. Moved out on Friday. Didn’t know how to upload the pics over the weekend so I called Monday morning to sort it out but Even though I had cleaned out the unit and returned the lock, before the end of my month, I was told since I used auto pay, which runs at 5 or 6 am (before they opened), before they received my pics, they said there was nothing they could do to refund or prorate? Seemed like a technicality but after 2 days of being switched between call centers I decided not to fight it and move on. So I Paid for an empty storage unit last month. (Still gave a good review of the facility). But now they’re trying to charge me again this month. I just received an email about my upcoming autopay bill. I have called 3 times, over 2 days, to try and close this account. I Finally talked with someone who was very helpful. Supposedly I’m officially moved out now.

Not sure where to start on this one. My mother and I both rented units via customer service by phone 4/25 @ 10:52 am CST. If you are the owner, Brandy is not my legal name, message me for the unit and account numbers to verify. We were given entry codes. After multiple attempts over two days, sitting at the entry gate, on hold with customer service for 24:40 minutes the second day and then the rep coming back, started talking and hung up on me, I waited at the gate to see if she would call back and she did not. I then went home and called them. They said they were contacting the gate company. Meanwhile, there were other livid customers pulling up with the same issue. I made multiple attempts over several days, spoke to several representatives, never saw maintenance they state is on site. Today, a contractor informed me from inside the gate, the code is a different number of digits than they are giving customers. I returned home, called CS spoke to Aljon, with his kids in the background, told him I needed a supervisor, due to the fact that there was already a trouble ticket, and he was probably not paid enough to listen to my comments, or had the capability to resolve my issue after my 8 phone calls and numerous trips. After 15:58 minutes on hold, I was suddenly given a temporary code. I pointedly asked if customers would be assigned individual codes, and how they would be informed of this, and was given a vague answer. I am leaving this information in this review to inform others, and also management and maintenance, there is obviously a communication problem with corporate, bad point of contact resolution with frustrated customers, and management does not know unless someone informs them. I have the dates, times, and names of every person spoken to. I can edit this positively at any time if these issues are addressed and will be happy to do so.

I've rented another storage building but I can't get them to open up the building so I can get my stuff out. It still hasn't been an entire month since I rented the unit and they want me to pay for another month. I might have to pay just to get my stuff back. No one at Helios will help.
