It was a great facility. It was a little confusing doing it online because I ended up getting a storage 2 hrs out. It was really my fault for thinking instead of confirming the location but they moved me know problem except a little more money bc the storage space was bigger which was also great bc we ended up needing the bigger space. Long story short, it was smooth sailing from there. I find it so cool that you can make it so convenient, but not even be at the site. The smart services they feature are awesome. 10/10 recommend yall.

Nice, clean facility but beware of charges. I wanted to leave something for a few weeks as a last-moment decision. This is about the only facility in the area with fully automated process. I booked the storage around 9pm, paid with a credit card and received entrance and unit access immediately. So this is truly 24/7 facility. It's out of the way, in a remote area but still only about 12 minutes from the airport. Facility is clean and new. Nothing got stolen. Didn't feel insecure at all. However, their billing practices are concerning. They bill from the first of each month, so even though I rented the unit on June 20, I got charged for partial June + full July. I only needed the unit for a couple of weeks and was prepared to pay for a full month, so having to pay for more than a month was something of a surprise.

Absolutely worst experience ever. The company sent us to the wrong location when our actual storage unit was 30 minutes in the other direction. We had to talk to several different people just to gain access into the unit, and then my husband got trapped inside the gate on the way out because the gate no longer recognized his phone number to the account. Very poor management. This needs to be addressed and customers should receive reimbursement for the time and money that was wasted due to the negligence and lack of concern. I'm reporting this all the way to the top so no one else has to go through this nightmare.

The storage unit I'm renting will not open. The electronic lock is not getting any power and will not activate. I have contacted the office 3 separate times within the last 3 weeks and they will not even call me back. It's bad enough that they've almost doubled the rental fee, now I they are holding my personal belongings hostage. Worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere EVER. Update: Despite this being a fenced in with a security gate, someone has cut the new lock off my unit and stolen over $2000 worth of my stuff. And wha are the "new management" doing? Not a damn thing. I take that back, they are actually raising the cost of the units. This place needs to be shut down and the owners need to apologize and reimburse.

We use the facility off of England highway. Tonight we discovered that our unit had been broken into from the inside. The local authorities told us that we were about the 10th customers to call and report a break in. The walls were cut into down the inside of the entire storage facility. We will be taking this to the Arkansas attorney general. Compensation needs to take place for every one of us that has lost items in this heist. Totally unacceptable. Before this incident, we also had a span of two months of not even being able to have access to our storage unit because of a dead battery in the lock. We reported that on three separate occasions before that was taken care of! And now this break in.

This facility has been vandalized multiple times there is no one to oversee the units poor call center I couldn’t access my old unit or a new unit no one checks the property Renter BEWARE I did miss a call from the copper safe admin yesterday after my post tried to return the call but once again got the incompetent call center AMAZING you can’t directly access the admin I guess that’s where the support call center gets its customer service skills

We will be taking this to the Arkansas attorney general. Compensation needs to take place for every one of us that has lost items in this heist. Totally unacceptable. We have two units rented and the electronic locks on both will not open. Customer Service said they cannot give us a date when the batteries will be fixed. About 15 units have either have locks removed or the doors have been broken in to. Now I know why. You cannot get to your possessions. The Arkansas State Attorney General office has been notified. Update: after 2 weeks Coppersafe replaced the batteries. We are pleased to get ours resolved. I will call the agent handling our claim with the State Attorney General to let him know our issue was resolved. However, while we were retrieving our belongings, a young couple there stated their lock was not working. Suggestion to Coppersafe: test all of the locks/batteries of rented units and replace all dead batteries. I do appreciate the attitude of the Customer Service reps who were always polite and professional.

This place is terrible. The door on my unit doesn’t close all the way, but it’s impossible to get it fixed. The battery died on the keyless lock system they use. After at least 10 phone calls it’s still not fixed. At this point they are charging me, but holding my contents hostage. THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE I’VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. I had a unit here. It was over priced for the size and they require that you carry $3000 renters insurance which I thought was strange. One day I went there to find the gate drive chain had been cut and 4 or 5 units had been broke into. The next day there were more. I called to report the problem to them and nearly a week went by before the gate was even repaired. Only a couple of the units locks have been repaired. I got my stuff out of there before mine was next. I won't be using any of the copper safe storages again.

I had a unit here. It was over priced for the size and they require that you carry $3000 renters insurance which I thought was strange.
