Just moved my personal storage here and they made the contactless move-in seamless and easy after what was hands down probably the simplest online rental process and during my move in I got a call from the manager / owner checking to make sure everything went okay because the security company had notified him that I was on the property for a while. I've rented from places where they've had on site management and I've been there for 2 hours usually sorting things out once I get everything to the storage facility because I'd rather take the time up front for organization to make retrieving things a lot easier in the long run, and not a single one of their employees has ever checked on me. So kudos for the extra attention.

The location is convenient, the system of renting is automated and convenient, the place is clean. However, there is ZERO support when you something is wrong. Case in point: the step ladder from my section went missing and I called several times to ask for a replacement, it was never done. That makes it dangerous to move your stuff out of an elevated storage unit. Second, their move out system is HORRIBLE! They outsource support to a call center instead of making it electronic! You have to call, and respind to an email they send you, and even after my unit was suppose dto be closed, they still charged me. I am currently on the phone for the second on a long hold while they do "research" on the issue. You can check in, but you cannot check ou!

The biggest problem factor is the fact that the facility has no actual support and the phone number literally sends you to a call center who can’t help. My unit which I have paid on time every month won’t open because the “door boss” locking system is either dead or broken. I have valuable equipment inside that I need to access today or I lose over a grand for my business. Do not rent here at any cost! You may be stuck paying hundreds of dollars for no support and no access to your actual storage….

I bought a storage unit at auction and when I got to the facility I find I can’t even open my unit unless I have a cylinder lock. I called during business hours and got a voicemail. I left one and have yet to get a response. I’ve looked around and the stores around here either don’t sell it or are sold out. This is not a good look for this company at all. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient!!!

The management team are rude and their phone number goes to a call center where the person on the phone knows nothing about the business, and you can tell they are reading up on it quickly as you call to talk to them. Which means nothing gets done if you have a problem, and management is an actual joke. I’ve never dealt with such rude, unprofessional people at any other business in my life. Don’t waste your time.

While the facilities are nice, the staff that operates Rpcket Self Storage are atrocious, terrible, childish, inhumane, borderline demonic personalities, that should be returned to hell ASAP. I cant describe all the stuff they drag almost all of their renter there through on the regular and not to mention their rental agreement might as well be made up of a small pile of rubble because they dont follow it AT ALL, with continual threats, bullying, and lying. Save yourself a lot of trouble and rent elsewhere.
