I have been renting storage here for over a year. Aron in customer service has been great. Always pleasant and courteous which is becoming more and more rare in a lot of companies. I definetly give her 5 stars. She goes the extra mile to help. Also, I love the 24 hour access, the extra security and the place is always clean. I would recommend this place for storage. Prices are a bit high in comparison but it has been worth the extra.but they should have all costs included instead of adding this and that to the monthly fee.

I called and got help right away and they helped me process a move in ASAP! Patricia was so quick and friendly. Post edit: This facility does not have anyone actually onsite so you cannot go and see the units prior. If that's okay with you then go for it. I went to see the unit and sadly it was not well maintained and had literally a million ants. Now does that mean all units at this facility do. Definitely not. But this unit was right up against a field where they clearly don't spray for ants. And I mean millions! I quickly called to cancel. Definitely just beware if you would like to look at units you cannot at this location.

I love that they are 24 hours. I have used them in the past, but recently they've tried to and have charged my cards WITHOUT my authorization and when I have try to contact the office, via email, text and calls I get the call center. I leave voice-messges, reply to their emails they send to me and I get nothing but silence. How convenient. They are quick to charge your card but not to reply back to you. "They" say it's not on auto-pay and I KNOW it's NOT, so why do they feel it's fair game to run my cards without my approval? Nefarious business practices and unsatisfactory customer service. Call center said they'll have the same person investigate this issue, but it's like the government investigating itself - a vote of no confidence.

I was sitting in my car directly outside my storage unit FOR 5 MINUTES (I'M ON DISABILITY FOR JUST HAVING BACK SURGERY NOT MOVING REAL FAST) on a 90 degree, EXTREMELY HOT, summer day with my car windshield shade in use. When 2, 5 foot tall men. They said they were management. One named Craig. Accosted me for having my windshield visor up on a hot day wanted to see my identification and know what I was doing there while I was seated directly outside my storage unit simply minding my own business ! I had only been there 5 minutes ! They said my remark was sarcastic because I said, "obviously I'm sitting outside my storage unit on a hot day with my visor up that's what they're made for." The two men threatened to kick me out saying they didn't like my attitude !? Given I'm 6 ft 4 in tall dealing with two 5 ft tall Napoleons !? My storage unit extremely organized not looking like a hoarding tweaker which they treated me like ! So if that's the way you like to be treatedated at your storage facility then this is the place for you ! If you like people RUDELY INVADING YOUR PRIVACY AND THREATENING TO THROW YOU AND YOUR BELONGINGS OUT OUT OVER NEXT TO NOTHING ... THEY CAN ALSO CHANGE YOUR GATE HOURS ON YOU IF THEY DON'T LIKE YOUR VOCABULARY THEY CAN SHUT DOWN YOUR 24 HOURS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND THEY EXERCISE IT SO IF YOU LIKE BEING MICROMANAGED THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. As of yesterday I have no access to my belongings and cannot get in contact with a sight manager. All of their actions are done via Internet, cameras, and telephone. They are blocking my gate access from another state and hearsay from a maintenance person ! THIS CANNOT BE LEGAL ?? Sarah sight management works on a lap to from around the country. The worst storage facility I have ever had the misfortune of being talked into by a pushy phone salesman (who had to get my card right away "to apply the discount!") Its just a random piece of land some entitled and negligent person purchased and slapped up some tin shacks with wooden boards that have screws poking out everywhere and holes in the roof. The entrance to my unit was a solid one and a half inches higher than the crumbling asphalt road it was set on, and the tiny alleyway leading to it was sloped a good 30 degrees going downhill. I had to lay down a piece of sheet metal and get a running start to get up the lip and hope my cart doesn't topple over as it lurches from sideways to horizontal ground. Oh yeah and bring your own cart, because they have no such thing. Don't even think about bringing anything heavy, because there's no loading or unloading dock. You just park in the alleyway and hope someone doesn't have to go past you because you'll be clearing everything out to make way, since this place was built like a beehive. Obviously profit was the only consideration when building this hideous prison. You'll have a camera up your rear every move you make too, as well as monitoring equipment to track your every move. The little house thing with old yellow paper encrusted to the windows, yea that's an actual house. Like there's 2 gay midgets that live in there 24/7 and come out for like an hour a day, spend the rest of it watching the cameras and playing with each other. They charge this gross electric prius but won't let you plug into an outlet. Instead of coming out and handling business like you would hope from active on site management, they sit inside and press little buttons to make their speaker system make stupid noises and play pre recorded audio like it's some kind of video game. They'll pretend not to be in the little shack even though you see them park and waddle in and the lights are on. Absolute nightmare experience, you couldn't pay me enough to go back here. If this place could be flattened in favor of literally anything, even a crack house, the world would be a much better place.

Can't recommend. Convenient, but I had 10k worth of business equipment stolen from here a month after management cut my lock by accident. Probably no correlation, but I still had 10k worth of business equipment and priceless files stolen. It wasn't a quick in and out either. Whomever broke in, carefully picked through the items over an extended period of time. I think the 24/7 convenience comes at a cost to security.
