Been renting there before the new owners and it was run down and left unkept because the old owner inherited it. New owners came in a did a complete 180 on this place with new roofs, building paint job, new asphalt driveways, and are working on new fences, security lighting, and electronic gates. Super stoked on the pricing and downtown location, just north of Hwy 192 and just west of US1 next the train tracks. On site manager is very helpful and answers all questions promptly and courteously.
