When I first started renting here a couple of years ago I was having some of the same issues with response times and customer service as the people who’ve written negative reviews. However, back in October, I believe new management was obtained and a completely lovely young lady named Breanna has been in charge and is easily reached by text any time I’ve needed to speak with her. She’s pleasant and efficient and I’ve been very happy since. Gia also was very helpful.

My experience: it's ridiculous there is no one on site if you a problem or have gate issues like I have you have to call some and maybe they can do something. Before they got this new gate installed if you couldn't get out you were basically S.O.L. They might not know it but I'm pretty sure there is someone living there. Probably wouldn't hurt for this place to get a large dumpster so people are not leaving their unwanted items out. I know of a table that's been there for months now.

I will go after work today and see. 7/18/24 Update: No one has called me to let me know when I would have access to my climate controlled unit! I just called again and was told they had someone come on 7/15/24 and no one called me. We have had to pay daily rates for a U-Haul truck until we could move our stuff into this unit that we are also paying for. I emailed Admin yesterday with no response! This is ridiculous! I’m currently on hold to speak with a supervisor. We are definitely going to take some action if this doesn’t get resolved! 7/15/2024: We have had this storage unit for about a month and it’s been a nightmare! The gate is always open and ALL the doors to get in the climate controlled units are locked. There is a door with a key pad, but it’s been out of service. They usually leave it open, but somehow it keeps closing and getting locked. It’s been a hassle to get it in our unit! No one is ever in the office either to help. I have had my storage unit since before it was purchased by Copper Safe. Since they have bought this facility, the service has gone downhill. None of the phone numbers on their website or in the emails, are for current customers. It takes me DAYS to get whole of anyone, and I constantly have billing issues with them and their website (set up autopay but it never charges my card automatically) and then my online account gets frozen, telling me I need to call and pay over the phone, but none of the numbers listed accept payments from current clients! It’s been a huge mess. I will be moving my things to another storage unit company this month.

Had to call customer service to request they fix my latch on my unit. Told me it would be a minimum of 24hrs. It's been over a week and still not fixed. Also their cameras either don't work or they just won't fix them. One is pointed up to the sky and the other one is pointed to the wall. I moved my stuff out quickly and went to a near by storage facility. Dotn waste your money here!!!!

Ever since copper safe bought this facility, customer service has been non existent. THERE WILL NOT EVER BE A LIVE PERSON ON SITE FOR ANYTHING. Right now the gate hasn't worked for 3 days, still no ETA on repairs. Do not rent here expecting to ever be able to get anyone on the phone who is not overseas. One month after taking over, they jumped the rent by 15% but still no customer service, no maintenance people, nothing. I strongly advise not to store your belongings here unless you just don't care about customer service

Customer service is a joke. Had my unit broken into and they broke the latch. Wasn't until a a few days after they made a personal police report. Had to call customer service to request they fix my latch on my unit. Told me it would be a minimum of 24hrs. It's been over a week and still not fixed. Also their cameras either don't work or they just won't fix them. One is pointed up to the sky and the other one is pointed to the wall. I moved my stuff out quickly and went to a near by storage facility. Dotn waste your money here!!!!

Rented a unit last week advertised $1 for the first month. Gotta pay a bill next week and I go to get into my unit and there’s trash filled in it. Already had to deal with the customer service three times to get transferred to someone and nobody answers.

Ever since copper safe bought this facility, customer service has been non existent. THERE WILL NOT EVER BE A LIVE PERSON ON SITE FOR ANYTHING. Right now the gate hasn't worked for 3 days, still no ETA on repairs. Do not rent here expecting to ever be able to get anyone on the phone who is not overseas. One month after taking over, they jumped the rent by 15% but still no customer service, no maintenance people, nothing. I strongly advise not to store your belongings here unless you just don't care about customer service
