POOR MANAGEMENT company that isn’t local . So they won’t be able to assist incase something goes wrong . They were quick enough to charge our card and when we went to the storage it had a lock on it and then told us it isn’t available and then assigned another one of a different size after a long hold on the customer service for which the door was jammed and could not open . They wasted my time twice since they’re are outsourced and have no idea what’s happening at the storage center !

Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. I paid for a 10x20 unit they said was available and when I came to store my things the unit was locked. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service for them to tell me they were actually sold out of 10x20. They tried to move me to a larger unit but the door won’t even open on the other unit. I will be requesting a full refund and warning everyone I know to stay away from this place.

The 10'x40' RV space I rented was blocked by the rental space in front of my location, not allowing me safe in and out access. I ended up having to park in a non designated area for safety purposes. When a 10'x40' spot became available that I could safely access I was told I would have to pay a $15 upcharge for being a new customer, even though I was a current customer with a non designated spot to park safely into. Customer service is hard to understand making it even more difficult to resolve issues. Would not recommend.

You’d think they’d contact someone about selling their unit!!! People may get behind throughout the holidays now this single mother has to replace everything!!!! This is supposed to be a gated storage facility however a month ago when I went there the gate was wide open and now when I went there a couple days ago the gate was not open but my storage unit had been broken into and my stove and my fridge and all of my belongings including my deceased mother's belongings have been stolen. Once again, nothing has changed. My fiance lost his key to his unit and we paid the lock cutting fee in November of 2021...it is February of 2022 and still cant get into his unit. We both keep calling only to get the representative to send an email out to the lock cutting tech who can only by reached by email. There is no person in the office up front that can ever help and usually they are not there! We are PAYING FOR A UNIT THAT WE CANNOT GET IN OR OUT OF! You can get NO immediate results with this facility!! They are quick to respond to a bad review, but not to fix problems. Do NOT use this facility!!!! At the end of our rope here. Even the representative on the phone said "this is ridiculous, I'm so incredibly sorry"

My fiance does hvac/electric/plumbing, and durning one of his calls his key was pulled off of his key ring. The storage facility said that they could cut the lock and he would have replace it along with paying a lock cutting fee. He paid the lock cutting fee and we were there on the day that he was told to be there. We waited until 30 minutes after, then he called and asked where the person was. They said to wait another 30 minutes and call them back. We did wait and then call. They said that they would send an email to their maintenence man because they DIDN'T HAVE THE PHOME NUMBER FOR HIM....and that he takes 2 DAYS to get back to them. It has been 2 weeks and he have not gotten a call and he's been told that this is "all they can do". Would NOT go through this place! And to boot, it was a Monday at 2pm and there was nobody in the office!

My fiance does hvac/electric/plumbing, and durning one of his calls his key was pulled off of his key ring.
