The representative Jobel was quite helpful and answered my questions and concerns successfully. She checked on a concern and called me back to ensure the task was properly done. But, as a whole, since new ownership has hired a company to manage the business, most phone calls have been difficult. My sister and I simply wanted to transfer name and payment from her to my name, and it took us two months to finally accomplish this.

I don’t know how these are getting good reviews. Since the new owners took over my storage went from $110 a month to $213 a month. When I went to the site to pay it jumped from $177 to $180 plus for December. When I went back in to pay it was $213, I finally got to pay it on December 1st, went from $180 to $213, I’m sure it was a late payment but I thought we had so many days until we get charged a late fee but I guess not. I hope they stop raising rent!!
