Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. I was able to get done in a few minutes what I could not get done for 6 months with the previous owners. The prices are reasonable, and I would recommend that you at least consider them, if you don't mind driving a little out of your way to get to them. This is by far the best experience with any storage unit that I have had in nearly 20 years.

First they gave us the wrong name to the unit which was a better storage up the street. After wasting 40 minutes on the phone with a rep to only be told the actual address with the gate wide open. I had people helping me so I had to leave her items there. After 7 months a rep called us and said nothing was in the unit. We went there and realized we placed her items in unit C28 instead of D28. There was evidence where they cut the lock off and replaced it with a combination lock. Now they claim someone has had that unit for 18 months. I have pictures showing it was empty when we place mom’s items in the unit. I have filed a police report today and will be taking them to court. From the comments I see this isn’t the first time they had done this. This was all of my 89 yr old mother’s items. I have other photos for court. The account is in my sister’s name Sandra Tucker. She has talked to 3 diff people plus emailed you guys only to be told you’re sorry After several emails and phone calls we’ve finally decided to file a civil suit. No one can tell us where my mother’s items are. Don’t trust this storage!!!!!!

There lock is gone snd so is yours and your stuff rummaged through snd then most are stolen. I had said something about my Mom chest that was in the family for years was taken and other stuff ( everything I own was in there) then when you go through THERE insurance it’s not covered because the storage was not damage just lock was missing!! Total inside job!! They know what they are doing!!!!!!! Stay far away!!! It’s happen to more than just me but hay it’s ok because they get money from your stuff and your storage bill!!! ???? they should be ashamed of them selves!!

Pretty nice place, although the location is a bit weird and could be a little more spacious for trucks/trailers. Moving out was super easy. Aron did a great job moving me out!

First they gave us the wrong name to the unit which was a better storage up the street. After wasting 40 minutes on the phone with a rep to only be told the actual address with the gate wide open. I had people helping me so I had to leave her items there. After 7 months a rep called us and said nothing was in the unit. We went there and realized we placed her items in unit C28 instead of D28. There was evidence where they cut the lock off and replaced it with a combination lock. Now they claim someone has had that unit for 18 months. I have pictures showing it was empty when we place mom’s items in the unit. I have filed a police report today and will be taking them to court. From the comments I see this isn’t the first time they had done this. This was all of my 89 yr old mother’s items. I have other photos for court. The account is in my sister’s name Sandra Tucker. She has talked to 3 diff people plus emailed you guys only to be told you’re sorry After several emails and phone calls we’ve finally decided to file a civil suit. No one can tell us where my mother’s items are. Don’t trust this storage!!!!!!

Do not use if you know whats good for yourself been a customer 10years plus they lost my payment and said that i was late charged me almost 200 in fees. They do not care about their customers. They are completely disrespectful and rude and they have 25 property managers so good luck speaking to someone who can help. Ps. Her last rent payment was less than a month ago- I have the credit card receipt so their management can not claim default- we had it on automatic payments. She only moved her things in four months ago. Today she received an email saying she was “successfully moved out”.. Her access code does not work now. When she finally got someone on the phone- remotely of course- they said they “saw her unit was empty so they assumed she moved out”!!!!!???! Who moved her things? Either she was robbed before this mysterious “move out” or the owners got rid of her things by mistake but won’t tell us anything. We are filing a police report tomorrow ? although sentimental items can not be replaced. Btw- only posting this because no one there will respond or help in any way. Update: 10/25- we tried MANY times to “reach out”! It seams you use a remote costumer service agent. We will try again today before going to the police. Then when you pay to get the lock removed you need to call them for a code you go to the storage to use the code on one of there locks. There lock is gone snd so is yours and your stuff rummaged through snd then most are stolen. I had said something about my Mom chest that was in the family for years was taken and other stuff ( everything I own was in there) then when you go through THERE insurance it’s not covered because the storage was not damage just lock was missing!! Total inside job!! They know what they are doing!!!!!!! Stay far away!!! It’s happen to more than just me but hay it’s ok because they get money from your stuff and your storage bill!!! ???? they should be ashamed of them selves!!

No one to answer telephone. The gate code does not work. We have final get some one on the telphone. They check access code., the code was correct, they would report the problem. Code still do not work. Today was the 4th attempt to get in storage unit. Call all the telephone numbers left messages. Stay on customer service line two time over 8 minutes. Left call back number not one call back. NOT RECOMMENDED.....
