Jonathon was great& gave me a discount on the first month..i I have nothing but good things to say about coppersafe storage. when I had a problem making a payment online.Coppersafe has not charged me extra other than a 2.00 increase this month.I've been renting one of their units for 7 months.I have had no problems. Just a great experience with this company. Thank you, Kim, for your help! I rented a 3rd storage today.Jasmine was also a great help.Very friendly & professional. Alex the manager called me immediately to deal with an issue we had.We also helped them take care of an issue that made sure everyone & there things were safer for everyone. I would recommend coppersafe to anyone.?

Edit: I was given a credit on my unit to replace my lock that was removed, so I'll give them credit on that. Should be zero stars, but it is what it is. If you have any other option to store your items, I advise you go with it and only use Copper Safe as a last resort. I have had numerous issues since they bought out these units. The property has no on-site management. In 2 years since they took over, my unit rent increased from $60 to $84. When asked the reason for the increases, the only answer given was "because the lease says we can." Rather than paying the 2nd increase, I downsized to a smaller unit because prices were lower for new customers (website still listed the original price on my original unit even though it was increasing for me). Today when I went to get something from my unit, I found that my lock had been removed and replaced with one of theirs. When I called to get it removed, I was not given a reason for why this had been done other than it must've been found to be unsecured when the property was checked. When asked why I had not been notified of my unit being unsecured, I was not given an answer. So, again, I advise that if there are any other options available, take them.

Be careful, be aware of that. - Strongly suggest using someone else for storage of personal stuff.- 8/1/2024 update- The Lock that CopperSafe Storage put on my Unit- I could not get the combination from them to have it removed. I cut it off.. they put another on.. Then sent me move out instructions stating if I didnt clean out the unit I would be assessed a "Move Out" fee. - I cannot make this stuff up! -- Be weary of these guys.... on another note- I paid with my debt card on their portal.- they will save your CC number and charge you for the next months fee without your approval for the debt.. - I literally had to go on the portal each time I paid them and delete my Debt card info - to keep them from pre-charging my card.- Shady Shady company -- consider somewhere else... ** Warning **

This is the worst place ever to rent from! If your looking for a safe, honest and secure place to store your belongings look elsewhere! Not only was my storeage "supposedly" broke into, or so the owner said, but he put another lock on it himself and charged me $25 along with my monthly fee! I have rented this same storeage since 2016. To begin with , the previous owners , my rent was $45 per month until the new owners came along and my rent has went from $45 to $95 per month. Every time I turn around my rent is increasing! I give this company a BIG NEGATIVE1 STAR on their review!

I have taken every step possible to do exactly what they said to get her things out of those units and they have done nothing but made it a night mare. They have tried to auction her things off twice. With me doing exactly what they told me to do DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! If you do not want to loose your loved ones sentimental items!!!!!! After bring this information out in my county I have also learned there are multiple units that are broken into monthly. They swear they have cameras but when they need to be pulled for break ins “ there cameras aren’t working. STAY AWAY FROM COPPERS STORAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst rental experience since ownership change ever. The rental rate has gone up numerous times to ridiculous amounts, and they NEVER provide Notice. The gate is now locked and requires a code to enter. Never recived Notice of this change or a code until I called trying to enter after new hours, unbeknownest to me also. Staff has made excuses about my contact information being wrong for years. It's been the same since I rented the unit 7 years ago. Now they are saying insurance is required and an additional fee per month. Of course, no Notice was provided for this either. If I could provide negative ??s, I would.
