Hello, me experiencing with evertree has been a good one. I ended up in a situation where I could not pay a fee months in a row. IRENE Was the woman that took my call. I explained my situation and they really helped me out and were very kind and respectful to me. They helped me manage my payments, and when it was time to move out of the storage unit they were nothing but helpful. I thank Irene and the gentleman from the auction support I believe his name was AL or Alfred it started with that. He was very helpful in the whole process. He showed concern for my situation and understood that I might need some help and he and Irene went above and beyond with the service they provided. God bless the both of em ????

The management here is amazing! Bill is so helpful and nice. I originally thought I was only going to need my unit for 6 months and ended up using it for 2 years. Bill was also very understanding when I forgot to update my debit card info with him when my info got stolen. His communication with customers is amazing. Worst place ever to rent they do not have cameras let people do whatever they want trash the units let oil and glass come into my unit from the next unit rented there 2.5 weeks and have already reported issues 8 times Noone contacts you back after they reassure you they will. I don't recommend using Evertree Self Storage. The main reason I will never use them again is because a couple weeks after having moved my stuff there from a clean apartment, I found roaches in my storage unit. By the time I was able to go through it to see what could be safely moved to a new location and what had to be thrown away, I had to dispose of pretty much everything. Be safe and protect your assets and get fully sealable containers to prevent things like this from happening to you.

Ever since the owners switched from converse been nothing been problems. I had a camper in the back that I stopped at at least monthly to store car parts. 2 years no problems with converse storage. As soon as evertree/copper takes over, i get charged twice on my card in the same month.(copper and converse) not even by the name they switched over too. I cancel my bank cards bc noone told me ownership changed. Supposed to have insurance on all vehicles stored. As soon as owner changed the insurance is gone. My camper gets (attempted) broke into along with all the other trailers next to mine. Owner doesnt care to do anything. Needles , broken knives, bullets everywhere throughout the parking lot. (Wish ida snapped photos) The cameras dont even work well enough to read a license plate when i made a police report. The actual units are getting the locks cut off and rummaged through. Now theres an increase in rent ,and a bunch of fees on top that are suppose to go away when u set u autopay (the fees still dont go away) . You cant get ahold of anyone in the united states to help you with your problems . I would never recommend this Storage facility to anyone. Not for cars, trailers, or units. Disgusting unprofessional . Not to mention now they are renovating and i still havent received my email to move my stuff. I did recieve a phone call from a male who made me identify my name, my trailer, my phone number , my email, and then has the nerve to ask me to provide my address, before he has identified himself! I dont feel comfortable giving my address out to a stranger on the phone who wont even tell me what the problem is or their name. Said multiple contradicting statements about the location of my property. Bonus points on unprofessionalism there. ** i did contact you regarding a breakin through email, you told me to make a police report which i did and nothing was still done.

I've had a similar experience as Elaine. Bill was always wonderful to work with but now that Evertree took over, it's been a headache. When I called to pay my balance over the phone and get some clarification about a series of conflicting emails from the new company, I could barely understand the customer service rep. I would agree that it seems they've outsourced... The rep ultimately informed me that now there is an additional fee to pay by phone. Needless to say, I will be looking for a more convenient storage facility that offers clear and consistent communication.

Unfortunately have to downgrade this review from five stars to one star. The original owner sold the business; when I called yesterday to pay for February, I was informed that they couldn't take the payment over the phone and to call back February 1st. Didn't know who I was speaking with but sounded like the new owner had outsourced his customer service. There's a lot to be said for PERSONAL service, which is what we used to get from Joe Converse and Bill. Hopefully this new owner will get it together as they grow into the company, but from my interaction yesterday, I doubt it.
