Angela Aranas was very helpful at helping me close my account. I moved out of my unit a week ago and forgot to call and have my account closed out. She was very understanding and helped me get everything straightened out.. I used that storage unit for a little over 2 years and was totally satisfied with the security of the storage building.

Dimple was very helpful with me over the phone today. She had excellent customer service and helped me with my account very quickly.

Ryan Raymundo was my agent and was very easy to work with. I'm so excited to have an indoor storage option in Circleville!

I absolutely was amazed by all the benefits you get with getting a storage unit here. There was a promo for the 10 by 10s and I only paid 1$ down plus my insurance and stuff so I got my first month for 39$, which was a life saver at the moment. I loved the fact that it's indoors so weather damage of any sort to my things and it has security cameras and a code to get into the facility and a free lock that I didn't havr to go buy and they also provide carts and stuff to help u move ur things easier. I trust that my things will be well secured and safe, I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone I know. Thanks Copper storage for the great rate the first months and all the perks that came with it, u don't know how much I truly appreciate how much u guys go out for ur clients! ?

I have leased a storage unit at this same location for 5 yrs. During this time , ( I am disappointed to say it has... at times been very difficult to make contact with a representative of the former owners - there were times that no one could be reached for days at a time ! I am pleased to say after speaking with the representatives of the Storage Depot & Copper Safe Storage today i am Now Very Pleased & Confident in the Capabilities & impressive level of Professionalism demonstrated while assisting me in adding an additional unit to aid in my current warehousing needs ! Miss JoBell was a pleasure to speak with ! She was able to take the extra time that was needed to accommodate my request & furthermore she offered suggestions & ultimately the fitting solution to fulfill my needs ! I want to say again how impressed I am with this New team of Associates representing the "New" Storage / Warehousing Providers in Greenville (1st Location) 8 Cartee Ave. Greenville ,SC 29605 I Hope to see more in our area SOON ! At first it was like they charge a convince fee for everything and you have to get directly in the website and pay ur charge not click on it in a text message. I was usually late lol but they really always worked with me and they never got rid of any of my belongings! I was even late on my move out paperwork bc I wasn’t getting the emails and I just got a successful move out email bc at first they were charging me again for the month I’m like nope I had my stuff out I just didn’t know how to send the picture of the unit but she walked me through. So I don’t think I owe I think they took the fee off thank god they are very understanding and it’s a very nice storage place!!!!!

Very clean. Light. Has accessible units. Wide doors. Big hallway. Easy to move anything. Key pad building entrance to make you feel secure.

We understood why we couldn’t get in right away, that was of no concern. We simply realized we had enough space at home (moving in my mothers things.) I am grateful for their available refund and appreciated their customer service. ** The company was great with help over the phone. We ended up not needing the space after we couldn’t get in right away and dropping some stuff off at home and realizing we could squeeze it all in. We hadn’t even set foot in the building and they refused a refund us 3 hrs after renting it. I understand the contract is the contract but it would have been an investment in us as people to have refunded the 50 since we didn’t end up actually renting the space or stepping foot in it. We are leaving the country in July and will need a large space then… just probably won’t be with This company because of their attitude about the contract in this case. They were however polite and pleasant to talk with.

We hadn’t even set foot in the building and they refused a refund us 3 hrs after renting it. I had no issues with setting up my unit initially but just a warning that they have no grace period on your payment whatsoever. I'm only 6 days late and now have no access to our things with no option to schedule a payment or make a partial payment. Even with scheduling the rest. This policy needs seriously work and lacks empathy. I always pay my bills but I'm a new mom who's car went down. So I occurred a large repair bill I wasn't able to pay. I now am stressed more when I just needed to get some stuff out for the day.

This would be a five star review, but the sliding door to enter the building with the A side units will not open when I type in my access code or use the app. The keypad says ACCESS GRANTED and turns green, but the door will not open. I’m paying for service that I’m not able to use and need RIGHT NOW. I have called 3 to 4 times for help with nothing resolved.

I HAD NOT USED IT SINCE THE WEEKEND OF APRIL 1ST, WHICH IF THERE IS ANY ACCESS TO WHO GOES THROUGH THE UNIT AND CAMERAS THEY HAVE THAT EXACT PROOF. I HAVE CANCLLED TWICE AND CALLED THEM TWICE. I HAVE STILL GOTTEN A NOTICE STATING MY UNIT...AN EMPTY UNIT...IS GOING TO AUCTION AND I HAVE TO PAY OVER $600 FOR THIS UNIT. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT PAY FOR A UNIT I HAVE CANCELLED TWICE AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THE CANCELLATION TWICE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY OUT TO GET MONEY FROM PEPLE ANY WAY THEY CAN!!
