Update: I went to cancel my service because it was not needed no more. I called on the phone and talked to NANCY and she was very helpful. She made sure I got the email to send a picture showing it was cleaned out. I’ve read some reviews in the past but personally, I didn’t have a problem with these guys and I kinda like the location. So I wanted to write the review a month ago, but for some reason it wouldn’t let me. I have actually had really good experience with every call. I’ve had going in there. The first experience I had I talked to Rose. She was extremely helpful. I wish I could write the details on that but it’s been a month ago now and I can’t remember other than she was extremely helpful with every single thing I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I had all my details. I had my payments on auto pay. I didn’t have no more money on that card and I tried to call the day before and it said I had a zero balance. Then I got a message reminded me to make a payment and so I did and it was $20 more because it was late. It was due on the 22nd and I just made the payment today. I talked to Ruth and explain to her that I was trying to make the payment the day before but it wasn’t due yet and I forgot I had an auto pay. She was extremely nice and gave me a credit for next month. It really wasn’t an honest mistake on my part and they were nice enough to help me out. Thank you, Rose and Ruth! So long to write the review.
