Pretty decent. Tho had an issue when I got my first unit. It was NOT the 5x10 I signed up for. It was more like 10x3'3". Not the first time this happened to me here. Then there was the huge hassle and time to get an actual 5x10. Took over an hr to accomplish. The agent, Ivy I believe her name is, was very helpful and patient in dealing with me. Company regs prevented her from having some extra charges waved. We'll see what happens next. Follow up.... issue resolved.. money was refunded and actually even received a price break on the size difference. Prompt and immediate response from the managing company. I was extremely impressed. Happy camper here now.

Overall I've had a decent experience so far since moving in and finding my storage unit was not big enough due to a huge wooden post going thru the middle of my unit. I find a bigger one and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend storage 43! Maybe they could provide better carts/dollys for transferring from vehicle to actual storage unit since it's not the easiest to navigate. No signage as to where the elevator actually is. Luckily there were ppl there that helped me out.

It's a bit creepy and confusing to navigate at first. I'm not sure if the inside is a work in progress and they are gonna continue to brighten the place up but there's a garage door you can take your stuff out of your vehicle through and there's an elevator also hard to navigate the 1st time there LL is where the garage door is located 1st floor is closed off so maybe they are working on 1st floor but my unit is on 2nd floor so I was relieved to find out there was an elevator. The floors are a bit freaky walking on but there's motion sensor lights. I'm bad with measurements so I wasn't sure how small my unit would but but from the looks my 10x5 will fit all of my extra stuff I've had in my spare apartment bedroom. I paid 3 months in advance and was really easy to do so online the customer service rep over the phone was very helpful as I've never had a storage unit before she answered all my questions. Also if you're wondering for first timers they provide a circle lock and 2 keys inside your unit and the green tag can be broken off your unit :) the only part out of the whole experience I did not like was the roof of my unit was basically really big chicken wire and I feel like they should atleast put something over the top to cover that. I definitely wouldn't put high valuables in my unit but the simple stuff is OK

Doors Malfunction. 10am, Monday morning. Seems you must plan ahead of you want to access your unit. spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get into the main building no one could help me. I ended up leaving extremely frustrated and UNABLE to access my unit. No one has reached out to me about the status of the doors as they said they would.

I have my own renters insurance, I emailed a copy to the email provided to me by the facilities manager… I am being charged $13 per month and it’s not being taken off. Absolutely a scam. I know Storage facilities in Sheboygan or limited, but I DO NOT recommend.

I asked for someone to come and clean the unit and they stated they dont do that. I cant access my online account because they made it for me and never sent me an email with the login info. They then proceeded to try and charge me 9 bucks to pay over the phone. I said no i want help getting into my account and they said no you need to pay over the phone. Scam artists that wont help when you ask but will take your money right away. I asked for money back or money off other unit and they said i will have to pay the same price for a smaller unit. Who does that?! Theres garbage outside the center all over. 1 star review all day. Do not reccomend using stroage 43!!!!!!!!!!!. Love how the owner gets on here and says to reach out for help and that they take reviews very seriously yet no help or options are on the table. No use in talking to them. They wont help but try to tranfer you to a different unit and still make you pay! Iv lost my couch, recliner and 2 tvs due to serious amounts of dirt. Told me to file a claim instead of a refund or money off my first month that i paid already for a clean unit!

This people are a scam called ahead to ask them for a unit that I could park a car inside, and after an hour on the phone and the lady telling me yes you can like 5 times I rented out a unit. When I get there is a indoor unit and no possible way to park a car inside and a key lock on the unit. of course nobody working at the facility and when I called them they said I need to take a picture of the unit to be able to move out and that they won’t give a refund back. Make sure not to trust this people over the phone they are a scam
