I signed up for a unit and was assigned a unit. But when I arrive my entrance code wouldn't work. Then after they opened the gate for me and I went to the assigned unit. It was already occupied. They gave me the lock code for the red combination lock on the unit which I used to open it only to find it full of someone else's stuff. I closed and locked it back found the adjacent unit with a green tag and I had to sign all the paperwork all over again. Then I was finally able to put in my stuff and lock it. Way harder than it needed to be. Was told they will work to fix the code entry problem. We'll see if it's fixed when I come again.

Bs facility, rodent infested, never cleaned, poor communication, no security, onsight insurance doesn't cover full amount of anything. 1 of the best scams I've witnessed first hand. They don't accept responsibility for anything because they aren't on-sight!! Trash always in the hallways!!! Every visit I find some type of dead rodent at the door and in my unit. Brand new shoes and clothes and brand new appliances stored so no I didn't bring the rodents with me!! Poor customer service. They're very helpful only when it comes to moving in because they want your payment. Be careful because this is one of the worst facilities in the Texarkana area. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that cherish their belongings. You'll have to be an exterminator, janitor, and groundskeeper if you want your things to be secure. Looks as if homeless are taking shelter by front locked door because there is a pile of food, clothes, & trash sitting

I could have sworn they had security cameras they were told to get them and they didn't my unit was broke into from the ceiling they haven't even repaired data got a hold of me on my stuff being stolen irreplaceable stuff also. Also the bathroom don't work it's always locked and it went up way up on rent with a gate to the storage units that's been broke for a while and then when I went there I had to close them manually cuz they were up and anybody could drive in

Put a 5 star review on here before I could even see my storage. Changing this review immediately after finding out that I was mislead into paying for a storage that isn’t even what I paid for. Patricia was little to no help whatsoever and gave me the incorrect storage. I paid for a 5x15 storage and the unit that Patricia put me in was a 5x5 unit!!! Extremely unsatisfied!! And I would not recommended Patricia or this storage to anyone. Please, if you are going to get a storage here check the storage they’re trying to give you before you pay for it. They were adamant that I was given the correct unit when I wasn’t. I was given unit A6 which turned out being a 5x5 instead of a 5x15. I attached photos for clarification and proof.

NO CAMERAS!!! i was told it was under security servalants. the only thing looking at that place are crooks and criminals, if thay are not the ones running that show..... got robbed, my stuff was in someone else's storage in that location. (makes me think inside job). something really funny going on at that location. then thay raised rent and kicked me out. everything i had eas in boxes and totes, after being robbed thay destroyed all my belongings and strowd them all over the storage building. me e and others strongly suggest you not rent from these people.

So we called and come to find out they said no record. Well I sent the proof of insurance to admin. We wanted to pay. First lady hung up. Now our stuff is locked up with their locks. All because we wanted to make sure we paid our dues. Now we can't touch the stuff and I have inventory in there for work. Now I can't and it's going to cost me. Hell I even offered to pay double if we could handle the problem. Now they are holding it hostage when if they lost our file that means we don't owe them thing and have STOLEN my property. And now you are demanding we pay a ransom. And no one will rent there because they don't want to take the chance of g stolen by the storage unit facility's.
