We have not rented yet due to our moving timeline so my 5 star review is for Rose who we spoke to yesterday. She was so helpful and kindly answered all of our questions. Rose's customer service was exceptional! There is no one on site and Rose was able to give us remote access to the gate at the new location in Blue Ridge so that we could check it out, she stayed on the phone during our visit to answer questions and direct us to the available units. It is very clean and looks brand new. My concern is that there are no keypads on the climate controlled exterior doors. Rose was informed that the management will be installing those as soon as possible. We are still comparing our options at this time.

We chose a climate controlled unit and it's very tall for lots of extra storage. Price could be better but for what you get, it's worth it.

Great experience with Kevin Panter and Blue Ridge Storage Solutions we were in desperate need of climate controlled storage and we ran across These guys online. The prices are great, access control into the property by gate, access control to the building to get to the climate controlled unit not to mention fully camera security. Could not gain access to storage unit during hours of operation for second time. Was told that there was second gate to go to that I could access. There is only one gate. Due to the incompetence of this facility my husband was asked to manually open gate which was extremely hard to do. Due to him being 6’6 and healthy and putting his force into was able to open enough to go through which the average person wouldn’t have been able to have done. When asked about getting compensated was told it was against their policy. The gate was not fixed until 2 days later and stayed open thanks to my husband. Bad Business all around!!!

Horrible management. Can never pay the account online - always have an issue redo online registration constantly and they never have the account working. Then when you try and pay over the phone it's a zero balance. This is AFTER we finally got the unit. The issue trying to even get a unit was horrible - no one could answer where the storage unit was and they assigned a unit that didn't exist then when we finally got a unit you couldn't fit a bike never mind a car. The service calls are outsourced. Nothing about this place works.

Rented 2 units 10x15 back in 2019. As I was a new customer the old owner offered me a rate of $135 for 2 units and billed me $135 under one unit only not billing anything for the second unit except taxes. It was roughly about $65 a unit. New owners come in and of course slowly start upping the rent. First they upped the rent in 2020. Fine I understand. In 2021 rent goes up again by a large amount. 2022 Rent goes up again. 2023 rent goes again. 2024 now and we got notice that our bill from $135 in 2019 a month for both units will now be $353. Needless to say. We have scheduled a move out. Never missed a payment in 5 years. Had it set up for Auto pay. Guess they would rather lose a good customer by upping the rent to $353 as month vs keeping me at $231. Now they get $0. For the $353 a month rent I save I can afford to hire a few Uhaul movers for an hour for $100 to move me out and turns out I now have a shed in the yard so now I save money. Thanks for pushing me out I needed to move out anyway. I have attached the photos showing $144 to now $353. Don't rent here as you will end up paying 50% or more like me. There are other larger brand storage units that will only up the rent by a few dollars every year or so and value there long term customers. This unit you will never speak with an owner no one is on site. You get a call center in India, that could care less. They are nice as they tell you "oh well". Go with a unit that has a owner on site that cares about its business.

They allocated my husband ( of whom originally spent 40 minutes to trying to get through to Cust Service) a new unit only to find there is NO lock or key ( which I have also been paying for ). The account is in my husbands name and I am named as a contact but they would not entertain a conversation with me. I was asking for the lock and key to be placed in the new unit and let us know when this has been done, no information just that. The customer service is not based in BR and there is no one to talk to at the facility. Would not recommend AT ALL!!!!!

The invoices never match what they take out with autopay. If you don't do autopay they charge you $5-$10 more to pay your bill. One of the worst storage unit places I have ever used. I rented my unit because they had a great reviews and it was close to my home. About a month after I rented it a MONEY HUNGRY SCAM company bought it and changed everything. Basically they just like to steal money from people. Update: owner called me. Stated they would take to the call reps and correct invoices and apologized for the inconvenience.

The issue trying to even get a unit was horrible - no one could answer where the storage unit was and they assigned a unit that didn't exist then when we finally got a unit you couldn't fit a bike never mind a car. The service calls are outsourced. Nothing about this place works.

Rented 2 units 10x15 back in 2019. As I was a new customer the old owner offered me a rate of $135 for 2 units and billed me $135 under one unit only not billing anything for the second unit except taxes. It was roughly about $65 a unit. New owners come in and of course slowly start upping the rent. First they upped the rent in 2020. Fine I understand. In 2021 rent goes up again by a large amount. 2022 Rent goes up again. 2023 rent goes again. 2024 now and we got notice that our bill from $135 in 2019 a month for both units will now be $353. Needless to say. We have scheduled a move out. Never missed a payment in 5 years. Had it set up for Auto pay. Guess they would rather lose a good customer by upping the rent to $353 as month vs keeping me at $231. Now they get $0. For the $353 a month rent I save I can afford to hire a few Uhaul movers for an hour for $100 to move me out and turns out I now have a shed in the yard so now I save money. Thanks for pushing me out I needed to move out anyway. I have attached the photos showing $144 to now $353. Don't rent here as you will end up paying 50% or more like me. There are other larger brand storage units that will only up the rent by a few dollars every year or so and value there long term customers. This unit you will never speak with an owner no one is on site. You get a call center in India, that could care less. They are nice as they tell you "oh well". Go with a unit that has a owner on site that cares about its business.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! (AKA Southeastern Storage )Arrived at the storage units today to find out I am paying for a unit that hasn't even been built yet! They allocated my husband ( of whom originally spent 40 minutes to trying to get through to Cust Service) a new unit only to find there is NO lock or key ( which I have also been paying for ). The account is in my husbands name and I am named as a contact but they would not entertain a conversation with me. I was asking for the lock and key to be placed in the new unit and let us know when this has been done, no information just that. The customer service is not based in BR and there is no one to talk to at the facility. Would not recommend AT ALL!!!!!

This place is a joke!! The rates go up every month. They don't prorate. They have a dumb clean out process. They argue with you every time you call. The invoices never match what they take out with autopay. If you don't do autopay they charge you $5-$10 more to pay your bill. One of the worst storage unit places I have ever used. I rented my unit because they had a great reviews and it was close to my home. About a month after I rented it a MONEY HUNGRY SCAM company bought it and changed everything. Basically they just like to steal money from people. Update: owner called me. Stated they would take to the call reps and correct invoices and apologized for the inconvenience.
