Patricia was so polite. She was the most patient, polite, professional, and kind customer representative that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond and always took her time. To make sure that I understood the details of how to enter the facility and what I needed to do if I need it or wanted extra access to the facility. She was so helpful in every way, shape or form that she could possibly be. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. And I would recommend to anyone whether it be for personal or business. They should always call her because I don’t believe there is a person anywhere that cares more about her customers than Patricia. We rented a unit from this facility and it was a great price and well maintained. Seems they've upgraded the facility recently and while we were there they finished putting in a new gate system. Customer support helped us get setup in the system. Thanks for your help!

I would give it a zero but google wouldn’t let me. I purchase it online. Paid $25 for 24 hours access. $25.admin fee when I did all the work. Anyway when I arrived at the location at 9pm the first thing I noticed was the walk in. Gate was ripped off the gate. Then when I put my code in it didn’t work.. now I have a U-Haul dunk of my stuff and can’t do anything with it.

Here we go again. Having to leave a bad review after the horrible answering service has no answers. I'm being charged for a lost lock that I never lost. It has 2 charges for July 10. I didn't even pay July so I have been locked out so how can I not return a lock, much less 2 locks that are most likly still on my unit. And of course the answering service just keeps saying. Well they say you lost a lock. I'm so sick of having to leave a bad review to get answers.

The worst storage unit I have ever seen. Every time I go another unit has been broken in to. Some have had the door taken off and it's been like that for months. With people's belongings inside. I have tried to call a half dozen times. All you get is am answering service. I even called the cops myself. Still nothing is being done. Last time I went there was 2 units that had been broken into and people sleeping in the units. They even would bust the unit. Go inside that unit. Bust down the walls and go inside the other unit. It looks abandoned so many units have been broken into. And no one cares enough to do anything about it. To be completely fare. Someone did reach out to me and left a comment on my review. Now to the whole issue at hand. The number they left was to an answering service. They refuse to put you in touch with anyone and you have to ask them to repeat what they said because it's so hard to understand them. I get they can not control break in, but it honestly seems like they don't care. Insurance will cover it. Not mine. I have life insurance for 50 grand and I pay less per month for that then this storage units 5 thousand dollar coverage. It honestly feels like to them its just an, oh well, that's what insurance is for. 5,000 doesn't cover a quarter of what is in some people's units. I have called the answering service 7 times now and like magic they never have a record of me calling the other times. But I do. And insurance or not there has to be a law that if you are actively, ignoring break ins that they then become responsible. Since I last went they did make some small attempts to fix some doors but there is still a door completely broken off and it's been off, full of someone's belongings for months. How is that not fixxed the same week? I called 3 months ago and gave them all information needed to know the door was broken and off. On top of it is as much as the big chain storage units with better security. But be late on payment by a day. They remove your access code so you can't get in. They ignore theft can't seem to remember to do anything about thar. But try to show up to your unit after not paying on the due date. If only they cared about there customers belongings you know. To keep customers happy as they did about taking there customers money. For a service they are not even providing.

This is my 2nd break-in. There was a camera right by my room. I lost over $4,000 of stuff stored in the room. This time the room had their lock, I had the combination, and you needed a code to get in the property, and it was still broken into. Since I had this room this property went through about 3 or 4 owners. Think twice before you rent from them. I wish I had. I plan to take them to court. 1 break-in is, okay, this happens, 2nd there is something going on.

I dont give this place 1 star my lock was cut and my belongings were stolen. I was a hurricane victim and everything I had left was taken from me at this facility!! Then they sent me keys that was not for the lock they put on my unit. Then the insurance policy is very low if you have valuable items.

Well I rented a 10x10 last month. I was robbed with in 3weeks. I lost a very large part of what I owned. The police say that they get robbed every month. Its been a couple weeks since this happened. The manager keeps putting off looking at the footage im sure buy now it has auto deleted and ill just be out luck finding my stuff. Don't do it! Go somewhere else. Appletree storage is no good. There is a lot more to this story than I can tell today. Run!
