This storage facility is fabulous. Full no contact rental, gate code and move in at time of payment. It's a well lit, secure, VERY CLEAN, beyond reasonably priced establishment! Right now your first 3 MONTHS are 1/2 OFF!! You can't beat that price anywhere! The only downfall is the dogs living near by. Well the dogs aren't the problem bcuz dogs bark, it's what they do. Someone should tell the owner that bcuz I can literally hear him abusing them and them yelping. It's unbelievable and heartbreaking. I can only stay there for a short time if he is outside bcuz the sadness is over bearing. If you don't like dogs barking then don't get one, idiot!!

The possibility of anything getting into the unit and ruining any of your goods is highly unlikely. The gate and perimeter security fence give it the extra sense of knowing things will be just fine, if you aren't always in the area.

The process to secure the rental was simple and the ability to add on insurance was easier than going through our home owners policy. My disappointment came with the misleading information on the site that says Current Special: 50% Off First Three Months. I had to call the customer service number to get find out what the process was to get the discount and even they struggled to determine how give the discount. In the end they did add the discount to my rental after 25 minutes on the phone to get there. The customer service representative was exceptional and wanted to make sure she did her diligence which I respect. She was very polite and thoughtful in resolving the issue.

Hilarious!!! Who ever runs this operation keeps trying to remove my review, probably because they don't want you all to know the experience(s) I had... This was my original post - Clean facility, terrible-terrible customer service!!! I had rented a unit during the summer (22’) and had auto-pay setup so all my payments were received on time, without issue. Well my card had fraud on it and was cancelled (not the units fault). I forgot to update the new card info, however, so I was charged a late fee. When I called to explain the situation I was told I couldn’t be refunded, unfortunately. I asked to speak with a manager and of course “no one” is available. I was directed to email them and someone would get back with me within 48 hours. Never happened and I had to hound them to get my issue resolved. My second nightmare is when I went to cancel my unit at the end of the summer because I didn’t need it anymore. I cancelled in the middle of the month (which I already paid for) and was told I had until the end of the month to get my items out and to take a picture when it is cleared, then send the photos to the company link provided to confirm I was out. When I went to get my remaining items out and clear the unit (still within the time frame I was told) my code wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get in. I called the company and of course nobody answered or got back with me. I again had to call and hound them to get answers. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes on three separate occasions, only to get disconnected. When I finally got someone on the line to listen they said the unit was already rented out to someone else. I was completely baffled and furious. I told them I just wanted my belongings back and their response was they were sorry, but it was likely already disposed of. I asked to speak to a manger/owner and the person on the phone said the reason I was calling, wasn’t “one of their” reasons to forward me to someone higher up. I said “well what are your reasons… connect me for that.” Of course they “tried” but a manger wasn’t available for me to speak with. They told me to email them at the link provided on the website. Lol Beyond frustrated! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I will be pursing legal measures for this. I did everything they told me to do and I still wasn’t able to get my items back!

Hilarious!!! Who ever runs this operation keeps trying to remove my review, probably because they don't want you all to know the experience(s) I had... This was my original post - Clean facility, terrible-terrible customer service!!! I had rented a unit during the summer (22’) and had auto-pay setup so all my payments were received on time, without issue. Well my card had fraud on it and was cancelled (not the units fault). I forgot to update the new card info, however, so I was charged a late fee. When I called to explain the situation I was told I couldn’t be refunded, unfortunately. I asked to speak with a manager and of course “no one” is available. I was directed to email them and someone would get back with me within 48 hours. Never happened and I had to hound them to get my issue resolved. My second nightmare is when I went to cancel my unit at the end of the summer because I didn’t need it anymore. I cancelled in the middle of the month (which I already paid for) and was told I had until the end of the month to get my items out and to take a picture when it is cleared, then send the photos to the company link provided to confirm I was out. When I went to get my remaining items out and clear the unit (still within the time frame I was told) my code wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get in. I called the company and of course nobody answered or got back with me. I again had to call and hound them to get answers. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes on three separate occasions, only to get disconnected. When I finally got someone on the line to listen they said the unit was already rented out to someone else. I was completely baffled and furious. I told them I just wanted my belongings back and their response was they were sorry, but it was likely already disposed of. I asked to speak to a manger/owner and the person on the phone said the reason I was calling, wasn’t “one of their” reasons to forward me to someone higher up. I said “well what are your reasons… connect me for that.” Of course they “tried” but a manger wasn’t available for me to speak with. They told me to email them at the link provided on the website. Lol Beyond frustrated! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I will be pursing legal measures for this. I did everything they told me to do and I still wasn’t able to get my items back!
