I've had a climate controlled unit for a couple of years now without any issues. Easy to access and my contents are safe until we need them again. I recently called to inquire how to provide proof of insurance. Jay, at the call center, was helpful. He sent me a link to submit the info. I called back and talked to another fellow who was equally helpful confirming the info I provided. Would highly recommend this facility.

Ruth did an awesome job today! We got home from vacation and discovered our spot on Commons Blvd was occupied. Ruth patiently listened to my complaining and assured me she would resolve the problem. Within 15 minutes she had investigated, given me a temporary spot, and told me they would be contacting the person who parked in my spot! Great service!

When I reserved the storage unit I wasn’t given a gate code in my welcome paid in full storage unit. I would have liked to receive all necessary information without having to call customer service. Then when customer service helped me. It took 24hrs for my gate code to work without a problem. Other than that. Excellent facility. Clean facility. Only one way in and out for customers. I definitely recommend this storage facility! Thank you !

Accessing can be a bit of pain, because the road is way at the back of Eastview Mall next to Target. So if you think you can cut through Home Depot you'll be sadly mistaken. That said, the location is private. No traffic, and the climate controlled storage units are clean and easy to navigate. Also, they provide a flatbed cart that makes unloading your belongings that fits into their cargo elevator. And that alone is worth the cost. Edit: I've seen other reviews mentioning the lack of present management. But as someone who doesn't like to deal with other people, this is a plus to me.

Accessing can be a bit of pain, because the road is way at the back of Eastview Mall next to Target. So if you think you can cut through Home Depot you'll be sadly mistaken. The facility is nice and clean, easy to access, but the customer service has declined. I was a customer a few years ago and they had great onsite staff. This time I needed a unit for ~3 months and the support has all been outsourced. The calls intermittently drop and makes it hard to have a conversation with the support person. It is difficult to understand how to set up a code, the website to pay never allowed me to set up an account, and move out procedures are unknown unless you call. It would be nice to just be able to text/email like in the past. They also put your number on a spam new customer inquiry list and even after becoming a customer, you will get called multiple times a day, sent texts, and emails, to sign up for a storage unit.

The facility is great but the administration is fully remote and not very responsive. Recently I sent them my insurance information as directed well before the deadline. They continued to harass me and sent threatening letters that they were going to charge me for insurance that they provide -- I suppose an added charge that they can profit from in addition to the unit rental.

Customer service is horrendous. I reserved the unit online, there’s no one ever available in person or over the phone. When they do contact you they keep you on the phone for an hour at a time without accomplishing anything. I provided our HOI policy which covers storage units in order to waive the victor storage unit insurance. They told me I had to transfer the unit into my husband’s name to match the name on the HOI. However, upon jumping thru hoops to process the transfer. And us providing the policy 4x they told us our policy wasn’t active, even though the 2nd page of the policy clearly stated coverage valid until 7/2025. Then they proceed to tell me I would no longer have any permission to handle anything related to the account and the storage unit. As I’m writing this, still on the phone, I asked to be escalated to the call center supervisor. The rep stalled me for another 20 mins before allowing me to be transferred. The lady that came on the phone ended up being able to keep the unit under my name without transferring ownership, add my husband as an alternate and apply our policy to meet the insurance requirement. ?????

The gate at the Victor, Commons Blvd location has been broken for 2 days. We are unable to access our camper to open it up for the season. The only contact point is a call center and we do not seem to be able to get any help. Very disappointing.

Be careful-they raise rental rates significantly after you've moved in. Rip off. Look elsewhere to save money .

This place used to be great before it was bought and the management outsourced to a remote management company that has nobody on-site and farms out all calls to a call center. Outdoor RV storage went from $80/mo. 2 years ago to $120/mo. now - jumping 10% -20% every 6 months under new ownership so beware - what you pay now won't be anything close to what you pay in a year. As bad as that was, what really got me was that I had been a customer for 2.5 years and when I called today to temporarily cancel my contract for an outdoor parking because my RV is going South for the Winter I was told I had to go back out to the site and take a picture of the parking spot because they have no way to know if I left. This wasn't a requirement of the lease I signed, mind you, because that company had management on-site so this wouldn't have been necessary. When I let the call center know I was already out of town and this would be very difficult and asked for an exception, they threatened to put a lien on the account and report me to credit bureaus...for not taking a picture of the spot. I won't rent here again - not under this management.
