Really mixed feelings ...buildings are not labeled, so very difficult to find your spot. Then they make you carry their ins. And finally they chg you a 10.00 cleaning fee when you leave, however the main corridor was filthy with dirt, trash and spilled soda which i had to walk thru to axcess my unit!

Although they have decent pricing the customer service here this the ABSOLUTE WORST!! Misplaced the key to my storage , yes totally my own fault so I didn’t complain about the lock cut fee . What really blow my mind was that it’s on one ONSITE!!! I was told I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for someone to come cut the lock off . I was shocked at the length of time something so simple would take very disappointed in the was this facility is ran .

It’s been open for the past 4-5 months. The only reason I have my stuff their is because I have nowhere else to put it till I find a house. I have rented from this storage unit on two different occasions. The first time I rented I didn’t have any problems. They changed owners and I have had problems after problems since I rented from them the second time. From being locked out of my unit for over 3 weeks, to being locked inside the storage unit overnight, and now this last incident really set me off. I came to get my Christmas gifts for my grandson (a dirt bike) and they had put a lock on my unit for non payment. My bill was at zero balance and they put a lock on my unit. I had to wait until the day after Christmas to get my grandson presents out of storage and they have yet to offer any kind of credit to my account for their mishaps. The don’t have any kind of emergency number to call in case of emergency. The place used to be 24 hours and I guess when they switched owners it’s no longer 24 hours and they turn off the automatic gate to get out of the unit. That’s how I got locked inside overnight. I called a left messages all night and they returned my call the next morning at 10am. Once I empty my unit I am done with Dillon storage for good. Please choose top storage instead… I also rent units from them and I have had zero issues.

Worst place ever. Our 3 units were broken into along with 30 plus other units, never contacted us concerning this, even after the police requested video, not a safe place, they allowed the 2 people to live in building and never notice it on their camera system, HOW, lights come on while you are in the building so why at midnight no one questioned it. Bad business!!! They lived in building for over a month!!!! NO ONE NOTICED IT ON THEIR CAMERAS!!! Stealing during this time, I have over $25,000 of items missing. Run and don't use them, only recovered the $2000 per unit from them and nothing else.

The place itself is ok, but if you have problems with damaged property it is an issue. I had my storage for a year and I had insurance on my items in case anything happens. My dressers were full of mold, appliances messed up. They will not pay me because the facility will not respond to them. That is not right. Why do you offer insurance, and we pay insurance if the claim stops with them. Their insurance claims people are slack as well. After all the pictures insurance etc. Nothing. I would not recommend this facility. The door is always broken rain, sun, etc. it does not matter. Your items will be messed up and they know it. I spoke with another individual with the same issue, and they did not help them either. Find someplace else !!!!!!!

Have not even able to access my unit for over 2 weeks now. Paid people to come and help me move my belonging out into my new home only to not have access to building. Havent notifed anyone. No tenant has access and are still charging everyone. They're climate controlled but power has been off already 2 weeks so things will surely begin to mold from all the rain and humidity. I have a newborn and cannot access his items I need from storage. They're in no hurry to fix and customer service is terrible!!!!!

This was the worst experience in my whole life they destroyed everything that I worked hard for they just gave it away I rented from them several months ago moving from New Jersey well preparing to move from New Jersey I drove all of my belongings and store them in this facility in the meantime I was having Financial problems which I called every opportunity I can even after being emailed saying call to speak to a manager concernig the unit the rep could never connect me to the direct manager then the day come I was finally was able to gather up all the funds a day b4 they where do to auction so i contact the facility to only be turned away saying that they can't take two separate card payments might i add the cards where not only in the same name but the owners of the unit so i ended up lossing my whole life i was suppoed to move to get married and have a fresh start and instead i was robbed of everything i owned im sick even thinking about it but i will not back down im fighting till the end so that the next soon to be wife and family dosnt have to ever go through thisounainsteaeverything I owned in my life my stuff my life is ruined listen no disrespect but I don't no what you reviewed but you obviously did not review the right recording I was on the phone with your customer service the night before and because it was closing time which I call way before closing time that he could not continue to conversation is not right you're sorry is not going to help me none I've lost close to $20,000 or more worth of my belongings and sorry can't help me

Please do not store your items here. I lost everything in my storage due to my things getting wet, mold, and mildew on them. I filed a claim with the ins company which they denied bc they only cover the items if they got wet bc of a fire. The ins company IPG is also fraudulent. In the policy it covers if the items get wet, mold, or mildew but then add on a lot of stipulation. Also, the storage units does not have tops on them which cause the things to become very dusty and infested with spiders.

I would not advise anyone to store their belongings here! Everything gets ruined by moisture. The climate control seems nonexistent. Things either become moldy or rusty. The floors are always dirty and sometimes I find peoples stuff in the middle of the walkways. Will be moving my stuff out soon.
