I have been a customer with Brad’s storage for years. The facility offers clean, safe, and secure storage of your items. From closet type storage to large covered storage for boats and rv’s they have you “Covered”. The staff is helpful and works with you. My daughter wrecked her car and I called the owner he said no worries drop it off! That is first class service and saved me tons of money. I recommend Brad’s storage to anyone that has storage needs big or small!

I would rate -5 stars if I could. As of October 15th 2024 Ive left in manner similar to America with Afghanistan. I would feel more Safe and clean if I left my things with a hobo in the middle of Skid row each trip. $75 for a 10x10 here is despicable. They honestly should be paying me to leave my things there! Owned and operated buy a new company not even located in the same town and clearly using funds received from this hellhole to line their pockets while I’m replacing tires because of their paths filled with sharp objects, thick plant debris, And fellow renters things ( from multiple thefts) I’ve paid to replaced the locks three times in six months. Cameras ripped off or ineffective. My storage unit was ravaged and ransacked along with SEVERAL OTHERS. Units filled with an inch of dust, Spiders among other insects, and It’s an active Congress to close the door to my unit Because of rust and metal bent from previous thefts. I wouldn’t recommend If you enjoy what you’re putting in there, and owners should honestly be locked up for this obvious scam of a business

Was great before new ownership!! Now it's owned by big company with too many facilities to take care of ....my payments are locked up in the Dropbox where I always pay !! They are trying to make me pay 6 months extra and added on late fees and locked my unit !! The place has grown up in weeds as tall as the gate (which by the way is always open) and weeds as tall as building blocking all of our units and when I call no one gives me management name or number just that they have 125 more facilities and can't tell me when our facility will be checked? Horrible all around ...and u say u called but I still have not talked to any one in management and again saying I don't have account ...princess did tell me someone was coming to chk drop box where my money orders are and said my auction was for the 14 th but cancelled....it's the 14 th and they said 7-10 business days till someone would be here ??? I want to be there when drop box is open so I can see my payments and take pictures of my money orders that show dates and amount . Again ..I am unable to chk emails so pHone is my contact text and calls both can be used !
