Yesterday when I called I spoke with Lolita and she was such a sweetheart!! So helpful and informative!! She has great customer service and seems to really care about the customers. She even gave me a big laugh that I was really needing!! Thank you for your help Lolita!! This morning I called because I received a bill in the morning when I woke up saying I owed $14.00, I understood the charge and people make mistakes. It was a honest one. My issue is I could not get signed into a account to pay it! I called when I got a chance to and Trisha helped me. She looked into the bill and looked into my account. She was able to send me a link to reset my password, get me into the account and was so friendly doing so!! Thank you Trisha.. SO FAR!! My experience has been a GREAT one with this company. Great People and awesome customer service!! Thank you for making this easier then expected to rent a unit!!
